End User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using DreamScapes Dimensions ("Application").
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain visual images, including without limitation light patterns or flashing lights. If you experience any of the following symptoms while playing the Game, immediately discontinue use and consult your physician before resuming play: blackouts, seizures, dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, loss of awareness, disorientation, confusion, any involuntary movement, or convulsions.
License
DreamScapes Dimensions grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
DreamScapes Dimensions reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or DreamScapes Dimensions.
DreamScapes Dimensions may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from DreamScapes Dimensions, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your desktop.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your desktop.
No refunds will be made for terminations by either party for whatever reason.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
DreamScapes Dimensions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Character Names
All character names MUST be in theme for a medieval/fantasy game environment, and they must actually be a name. Concepts, verbs, descriptive titles, titles of nobility, religiously controversial names, deity names (of any mythos), etc. will not be accepted. No names are allowed that come from movies, books, television, comics or video games. Any real life names will not be permitted, nor any word which sounds like, looks like, or is a word found in a dictionary of any language. (The administration reserves the right to rename your character for any reason whatsoever).
Rules
The Major rules of DreamScapes Dimensions are an addendum to this EULA (https://www.ds3d.dyn.dhs.org/rules) and set forth the Rules of conduct governing Licensee interactions on any and all Licensor official platforms, including, but not limited to: the game itself, official forum, social media, discord servers (“the Rules”), limiting the actions of the Licensee on the Rules as well as the liability of the Licensee for non-compliance with these Rules and observing these limits, and establishing the rights of the Licensor to take against the Licensee certain measures provided by this Agreement and under the conditions set forth by this Agreement. The Rules can be changed by the Licensor at any time without prior notice to the Licensee. The Licensor shall notify the Licensee of such changes by posting information on the Game Website. Any use of the Rules after a change in the Rules constitutes acceptance of such change.
Privacy
No private information is collected by the DreamScapes Dimensions application, such things like your name, your physical or email address, and any other contact information.
