END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Licensor: Not-So Classic Games
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Not-So Classic Games for the use of the software product JunkRats. By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to the terms below.
1. LICENSE GRANT
If you lawfully acquire the Game, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control.
You do not own the Game or any of its intellectual property. You only receive a license to use your copy under this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Game unless explicitly allowed here.
1A. CONTENT CREATION AND MONETIZATION
You are allowed to create, share, and monetize gameplay-based content, including but not limited to:
* Let's Plays
* Reviews
* Walkthroughs
* Commentary or reaction content
* Monetized streams and ad-supported videos
This permission does not allow uploading raw, unedited game assets such as cutscenes, music, or artwork without meaningful commentary or transformative use. Commercial use of raw assets requires written permission.
You may not claim, imply, or suggest official sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement from Not-So Classic Games unless explicitly granted.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Not-So Classic Games owns all rights, title, and interest in the Game, including its code, assets, artwork, audio, branding, and related materials. This Agreement grants no ownership of any intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly perform the Game.
3. MODDING POLICY
You may create, install, and share non-commercial mods for the Game under the following terms:
* Mods must not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
* Mods must be freely distributed and non-commercial.
* File inspection or modification is allowed only for creating mods, and you may not bypass digital protections or security measures.
* Mods may not include or distribute any part of the original Game, including executables or paid content.
* Modded clients may lose access to online features or multiplayer.
* Mods are used at your own risk. Not-So Classic Games provides no support for modded versions.
Modding is not supported through Steam Workshop unless explicitly announced.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
* Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Game.
* Distribute hacked, pirated, or unauthorized versions of the Game.
* Bypass, alter, or interfere with any security or digital protections.
4A. CHEATING AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
You may not use, develop, distribute, or promote any software, tool, or method that alters or interferes with the Game or provides unfair advantages, including:
* Cheats, hacks, bots, trainers, or automation scripts
* Software that manipulates gameplay or network behavior
* Exploits or methods that bypass intended mechanics or restrictions
Violations may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to online features without refund.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Not-So Classic Games may terminate your license if you violate this Agreement or use the Game unlawfully. Upon termination, all rights granted to you end and you must stop using the Game.
6. NO WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty. This includes any warranties of performance, reliability, compatibility, or non-infringement. You use the Game at your own risk.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Not-So Classic Games is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game or any mods.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
9. SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
