Congratulations. You have reached the part nobody usually reads.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Player,” “you,” or “the brave soul who clicked Install”) and NordVader (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “the people responsible for this entire mess”) and governs your use of the game Pit Sluts: Bloodrun (“Game”).

By downloading, installing, launching, or otherwise interacting with the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or launch the Game. Please step away from the rotating blades in an orderly manner.


We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You are purchasing a license to use the Game. You are not purchasing the Game itself, its source code, characters, traps, artwork, or the suspiciously large pile of tires near the starting line.

All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement remain with the Developer.


You may:

• Install and play the Game on devices supported by Steam.
  
• Record and stream gameplay.
  
• Create reviews, videos, screenshots, memes, guides, fan art, and other non-commercial fan content.
  
• Laugh when your friends die in a trap you specifically warned them about.
  
• Use available Steam features, including screenshots, broadcasting, Remote Play, and community discussions.

Monetization of videos and streams through normal platform advertising, paid subscriptions, or voluntary donations is permitted, provided that such content is not presented as official Developer material.


You may not:

• Sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or any part of it without written permission.
  
• Copy or distribute Game files except where necessary for normal installation, backup, or use through Steam.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the Game’s source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
  
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, credits, or ownership information.
  
• Use cheats, automation, exploits, unauthorized modifications, or third-party software to interfere with online features or the gameplay experience of other users.
  
• Attack, overload, damage, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, services, accounts, or infrastructure.
  
• Use the Game or its materials to create unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, or deliberately misleading content.
  
• Claim that your fan project, modification, account, website, or other material is officially endorsed by the Developer when it is not.
  
• Blame the Developer because you confidently ran directly into a clearly visible circular saw.

Unless we provide official modification tools or separate written permission, you may not distribute modified executables or altered copies of the Game.

Where the Game or Steam permits you to create and publish user content, you retain ownership of your original material.

However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and technically process such content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, advertise, and support the Game.

By publishing content, you confirm that it belongs to you or that you have permission to use it, and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Do not upload music you do not own and then act surprised when somebody notices.


Some features may require Steam, an internet connection, or access to third-party services.

Online features may be changed, temporarily suspended, restricted, or discontinued for technical, legal, commercial, maintenance, or security reasons.

We do not promise that every server, leaderboard, online mode, or screaming contestant will remain available forever.

Your use of Steam is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable platform rules.


We may update, patch, rebalance, expand, reduce, redesign, or otherwise modify the Game.

Changes may affect:

• Gameplay systems.
  
• Levels and traps.
  
• Characters and cosmetic items.
  
• Difficulty and balance.
  
• Online features.
  
• Performance and compatibility.
  
• Content that must be changed to comply with platform, rating-board, or legal requirements.

An update may occasionally fix one problem and accidentally cause a completely unrelated crate to become self-aware. Software development is a journey.


If the Game is distributed as an Early Access, beta, demo, test, or pre-release version, you understand that it may contain:

• Bugs.
  
• Crashes.
  
• Missing content.
  
• Temporary placeholder content.
  
• Performance problems.
  
• Balance issues.
  
• Characters occasionally behaving as though gravity were an optional setting.

Features may change or be removed before final release. Save data may become incompatible with later versions where technically necessary.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchasing an Early Access version does not guarantee any specific feature, release date, or development outcome.


The Game may contain flashing lights, rapid motion, loud sounds, intense scenes, blood, violence, and highly stressful obstacle courses.

Stop playing and consult an appropriate medical professional if you experience seizures, dizziness, nausea, eye strain, disorientation, or other concerning symptoms.

Take regular breaks.

The contestants may run without stopping. You are not required to copy them.


The Game contains fictional violence, blood, dangerous machinery, dark humor, suggestive themes, and other content intended for mature audiences.

All characters and events are fictional.

The Game is not an instructional guide for building traps, organizing illegal races, operating industrial equipment, or resolving interpersonal disagreements with rotating machinery.


The Game, including its source code, software, title, characters, logos, artwork, animations, audio, music, dialogue, levels, designs, and other content, is owned by NordVader or lawfully licensed to NordVader and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The name “Pit Sluts: Bloodrun” and its associated branding may not be used commercially without written permission from NordVader.

Owning a copy of the Game does not mean that you own the logo. It also does not make the circular saw your employee.


The Game may include third-party software, libraries, game engines, services, or licensed content.

Those components may be governed by separate notices or license terms. Where necessary, the relevant information will be provided with the Game or its accompanying documentation.


The Game may store settings, save data, crash reports, logs, and other technical information necessary to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Game.

Any processing of personal data will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not need your grandmother’s maiden name to determine why a tire was launched into orbit.


This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game and discontinuing its use.

We may suspend or terminate your license where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of this Agreement, fraud, interference with services, security threats, or unlawful use of the Game.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete any copies under your control, subject to any rights granted to you under mandatory consumer-protection law.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the Game will always operate without interruption or errors, be perfectly compatible with every device, or be entirely free from defects.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We promise only that the traps are fictional. Their emotional impact remains between you and the leaderboard.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NordVader will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.

Such damages may include loss of data, profits, business opportunities, reputation, or the respect of friends who watched you fail the tutorial.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.


This Agreement does not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.

Where any term of this Agreement conflicts with a right that cannot legally be waived, that mandatory right will apply.

This is the serious section. Please imagine it sitting in front of you while wearing a tie.


This Agreement is governed by the applicable federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the state corresponding to NordVader’s place of registration or principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory laws in the user’s country or region require otherwise.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the Game will be handled by the competent courts located at NordVader’s place of registration or principal place of business, unless applicable consumer-protection law grants the user the right to bring a claim elsewhere.


We may update this Agreement to reflect changes to the Game, our business, platform requirements, or applicable law.

Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Game after an updated Agreement takes effect may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

We will not secretly add a clause transferring ownership of your refrigerator to us. That would be strange and extremely inconvenient from a logistics perspective.


If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

In other words, one broken plank does not cancel the entire obstacle course.


This Agreement, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and mandatory Steam terms, forms the entire agreement between you and NordVader regarding the Game.

It replaces all prior discussions and promises concerning the same subject, including anything allegedly promised by a user named “RealOfficialDeveloper” in a suspicious Discord message.
