1 The Game includes software that is installed on your computer, as periodically updated by FABIOPDJ (“Licensed Software”). Subject to your continued compliance with the conditions set out in this User Agreement, FABIOPDJ grants you a limited license to use the Game. In order to play the Game, in addition to this User Agreement, you must also agree to the following:
1.1 YOUR LIMITED LICENSE TO THE GAME AND SERVICE AND LACK OF OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
1.2 All aspects of the Game (including but not limited to the Game computer code, updates, patches, expansion packs, characters, character names, character data, virtual items, character profile information, (non-personal) account information, artwork, plot, dialogue, locations, sounds and music) are owned by FABIOPDJ or its licensors.
1.3 Restrictions. You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Game or otherwise attempt to gain access to its source code, except to the extent that such restrictions are expressly prohibited by law; copy, offer for public display or create derivative works thereof, except to the extent that such restrictions are expressly prohibited by law;
1.4 You understand that the Software Product may be updated or patched at any time and in doing so no obligation to provide such updates or patches to you pursuant to this EULA or otherwise shall arise.
