END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) OF Starship Turd Nugget: Too Cool For Stool
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Glinkie Games Inc.
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of the Starship Turd Nugget: Too Cool For Stool software ("Software") directly from Glinkie Games Inc. or indirectly through a Glinkie Games Inc. authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Starship Turd Nugget software. It provides a license to use the Starship Turd Nugget software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Starship Turd Nugget software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Glinkie Games Inc. herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Glinkie Games Inc. updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
LICENSE GRANT
Glinkie Games Inc. hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Starship Turd Nugget software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to use the Starship Turd Nugget software on a device (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Starship Turd Nugget software.
You are not permitted to:
a) Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
b) Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
c) Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
d) Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
e) Use the Software for any purpose that Glinkie Games Inc. considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
Glinkie Games Inc. shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Glinkie Games Inc.
Glinkie Games Inc. reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.
TERMINATION
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Glinkie Games Inc.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
You understand and agree that there is no guarantee on the availability of online supplementary features such as leaderboards or match-making services.
NO WARRANTIES
Glinkie Games Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. The Software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
In no event shall Glinkie Games Inc. be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if Glinkie Games Inc. is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
GOVERNING LAW
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

This is the Privacy Policy as set out by Glinkie Games Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Glinkie Games Inc.", "Glinkie Games", "us", "our", or "we"). Glinkie Games is a small game company located in the province of Ontario, Canada.

Personal Data:
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal data" means information that specifically identifies you as an individual.
Plain English
Glinkie Games does not collect personal information from you, except to the extent that is necessary to render services to you or enhance your product experience when requested explicitly and voluntarily by you.
We will not sell your personal information to any 3rd party (a practice which we find distasteful and unacceptable).
Cookies:
The product may utilize cookies where applicable, and in such cases any data stored in said cookies does not contain any personal data. Information in cookies, if present, is only used to enhance your experience of using the product.
Leaderboard Data Collection:
Some of our products (and potentially some 3rd party products) utilize our online leaderboard product to enhance the user experience. The online leaderboard receives 4 pieces of information with each score submission:
1) universally unique identifier (a "UUID"). This data is not shared or displayed to other users.
This identifier serves as an anonymized account number. It is randomly generated and assigned to your product installation (typically a game) automatically by the leaderboard product, usually the first time you run a game that uses it. Your UUID is secret, and should not be shared with anyone except as explicitly directed by Glinkie Games. The purpose of collecting this data with each score submission is to allow the update of a specific score record, and to allow you to be ranked anonymously against all other players of the same game. It can not be used to identify you personally.
The product may give you the option to voluntarily link an email address to your UUID. The purpose for that would be: a) to allow you to be contacted by Glinkie Games Inc. regarding rewards or prizes for high score achievement where applicable b) to give you the ability to use the same UUID in multiple games or in multiple installations of the same game c) for your benefit with respect to the leaderboard product in some other as yet unidentified way.
Glinkie Games will not sell or share an email address collected for the leaderboard product with any third party, nor will we use it for anything other than functions specifically relating to the leaderboard product, or extensions thereof (such as multiplayer match-making services), and possibly to arrange reward or prize distribution for promotional contests for high scores in specific games.
2) a score value (the "score", which is numeric and is typically the points obtained and indicative of the userís performance in the game). This data is displayed to other users.
Since this data indicates your performance in a game or other product, the purpose of collecting this data is to anonymously rank you against all of the other players of the same game. This data can not be used to identify you personally.
3) a name (the "name", user defined, typically just 3 characters, but can potentially be longer if the product allows it). This data is displayed to other users.
We can not control what name you or other users provide to the leaderboard product. Since you are in control of the data that you provide, you accept responsibility for any such data entered, and any harm to yourself or others that may result from the display of that data to other users of the leaderboard product. We encourage you to use a non-offensive name that can not be used to identify you personally. In some instances we may automatically censor names if we determine that they are inappropriate, and may automatically reject all future scores attributed to your UUID at our sole discretion.
4) a platform name ("win", "osx", "ios", "lnx", "tos", etc. which is intended to identify the platform that the user was using the product on). This data is displayed to other users.
The purpose of collecting this data is to enhance the experience of using the leaderboard product by allowing users to see which platforms players are using to achieve their scores. The intention is to create a friendly sense of rivalry across the various platforms that the game is offered on.
Ad Serving Technology:
Glinkie Games does not utilize ads or ad serving technology in its products.
Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data:
Glinkie Games will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for any reason, unless directly or implicitly instructed to do so by you (e.g. to integrate with some other service that is integrated into the product).
Data Retention:
Any data collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Third-Party Terms and Conditions:
Access and use of products may be subject to certain third-party terms and conditions and privacy policies, including but not limited to app stores, mobile software platforms, on-line gaming platforms, social networking services and payment providers.
Safeguards:
