End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Husman Games ("Husman Games") for the use of "INSPIRE".
By installing, copying, or otherwise using "INSPIRE", you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use "INSPIRE".
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Husman Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use "INSPIRE" for both personal and commercial use, including but not limited to content creation such as Let's Play videos, reviews, and other forms of digital content monetization.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on "INSPIRE".
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to "INSPIRE".
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from "INSPIRE".
Use "INSPIRE" in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates this EULA.
3. Ownership
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to "INSPIRE" and any and all copies thereof are owned by Husman Games. "INSPIRE" is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of "INSPIRE" and destroy all copies of "INSPIRE" in your possession or control.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
"INSPIRE" is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Husman Games does not warrant that "INSPIRE" will meet your requirements or that the operation of "INSPIRE" will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Husman Games be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use "INSPIRE", even if Husman Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Husman Games regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, between you and Husman Games regarding the subject matter hereof.
By installing or using "INSPIRE", you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
