END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Starving Lama Games LLC ("Company", "We", "Us") governing your use of The Hive Pandemic ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Starving Lama Games LLC grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use The Hive Pandemic for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
This license does not grant ownership of the Game, but only the right to play and experience it.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game or any portion of it.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game’s code, assets, or mechanics.
Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures or digital rights management (DRM) protection.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission from Starving Lama Games LLC.
Use AI-generated assets, mods, or bots to alter gameplay in a way that disrupts the intended experience.
Use the Game to create, distribute, or promote offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Attempt to hack, cheat, or exploit the Game or its online services.
Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your license without notice.
3. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Hive Pandemic, including all visual assets, audio, music, code, and content, is owned by Starving Lama Games LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant You any ownership rights over the Game or its content.
4. UPDATES & PATCHES
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to improve the Game. These updates may be required for continued access to the Game and can be applied automatically.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features of the Game at our discretion.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Hive Pandemic is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
The Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The Game will be compatible with all hardware/software configurations.
Any defects will be corrected immediately.
You acknowledge that You use the Game at your own risk.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starving Lama Games LLC shall not be liable for any:
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
Data loss, personal injury, or property damage resulting from use or misuse of the Game.
Unauthorized access or tampering with your Game experience.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount You paid for the Game (if any).
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
Your license will automatically terminate if You violate any terms of this Agreement. We may also terminate your access to the Game at our discretion, with or without notice.
Upon termination, You must delete all copies of The Hive Pandemic from your devices.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Missouri, USA], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [].
9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes means You accept the revised terms.
