END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to hereafter as "You") and SomniumSoft LLC for Lawgivers II, including all software, media, and accompanying online or printed documentation.
GRANT OF LICENSE. SomniumSoft grants You the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of Lawgivers II solely for your personal use.
COPYRIGHT. Lawgivers II is owned by SomniumSoft and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved by SomniumSoft.
RESTRICTIONS. You may not: (a) distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense all or any part of Lawgivers II; (b) modify or prepare derivative works of Lawgivers II; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Lawgivers II; or (d) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols, or labels in Lawgivers II.
NO WARRANTIES. SomniumSoft expressly disclaims any warranty for Lawgivers II. Lawgivers II is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness of a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall SomniumSoft be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use Lawgivers II.
TERMINATION. This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or SomniumSoft. SomniumSoft may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
