By accepting these Terms you agree to the following conditions.
1. You (the player) may not do any of the following:
(a) Harass other players, be offensive or otherwise inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to offensive, disrespectful, distasteful or illegal language and behavior in the game or any communities dedicated to Battle Ready; actions that negatively impact gameplay for other players.
(b) Gain an unfair advantage over other players by any means, including but not limited to the use of third party software or hardware; exploiting the game software in any way; exploiting errors and bugs; stream sniping.
(c) Develop, distribute, or transfer software or hardware that allows players to violate the conditions outlined in this document.
(d) Distribute or transfer the game software in any way.
(e) Encourage or enable other players to perform any actions that violate the conditions outlined in this document.
2. We (the developers) reserve the right to do any of the following:
(a) Permanently deny any player's access to the game (ban a player) for violating the conditions outlined in this document.
(b) Change any player's in-game name if deemed necessary. The reasons include but are not limited to using inappropriate or offensive names; names that may be used to impersonate other people.
(c) Limit the game software functionality for any reason, including but not limited to ongoing maintenance or technical issues.
(d) Change these Terms at our discretion at any time. In such events, a link to the updated Terms will be posted on the game's social media (Discord, Twitter).
