This End User License Agreement (collectively, the “EULA”) is between You and Sugar Rush Studios and governs Your use of Sugar Rush Studios Software.
Section 1. Delivery and Acceptance
The Software is deemed to be delivered and accepted by You on the earlier of the date it is made available for download or installation. You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA from the acceptance date.

Sugar Rush Studios retains ownership in all intellectual property rights in and to the At Eve’s Wake Content and Software and all underlying technology and associated images related thereto.
Section 3. Disclaimer
At Eve’s Wake is a psychological horror, inspired by H.P. Lovecraft. This game may include themes that can be considered shocking (Gas lighting, Mental Abuse, Witnessing Death). Sugar Rush Studios cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the mental state of You and assumes that You are aware and willing to subject yourself to.
