End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and [Dragon Fhang Studios] ("Company") for the use of [Shrouded Mind] ("Game").
By installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
b. Create derivative works based on the Game;
c. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any rights thereto;
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game;
e. Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
f. Use the Game to harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
The Game and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Company and its licensors. Nothing in this EULA shall be construed as granting you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Company if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies thereof.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
