Before installing the alien exercise experience, read the end user license agreement (the "agreement") below. You agree to be bound by the terms of the agreement of Shaanxi Star Ring Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the "star ring network").
Your use of game software is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the steam subscriber agreement and any other terms related to the steam service.
The end user license agreement ("EULA") of the starring network is a legal agreement authorized by you (an individual or an entity) and the starring network, which may include relevant software components, media, printed goods and "online" or electronic documents ("software products"). The software product is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Software products are licensed, not sold.
1. authorization permission
The authorization of software products is as follows:
(1) Installation and use
The starring network grants you the right to install and use copies of software products on your computer, which runs a valid licensed copy of the operating system designed by the software product.
(2) Backup copy
You can also copy copies of software products for backup and archiving purposes.

You cannot delete or modify any copyright statement regarding any and all copies of the software product.
(2) Distribution:
You may not distribute the software product to any person or entity that does not have a license to use the game software.
(3) Commercial use:
Without the written permission of star ring network, you are not allowed to conduct business activities with game software in Internet cafes, computer game centers and other public places, and obtain benefits.
Copy game software or any part of it for commercial profit making.
(4) Reverse engineering and decompilation are prohibited:
You may not reverse engineer software products, obtain source code, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works.
(5) Leasing and sales:
You may not rent, rent, sell or resell the software product.
(6) Avoid security:
You must not remove, disable or circumvent any security or technical measures for access to game software.
(7) You may not delete, modify, eliminate or circumvent any proprietary notices or labels contained in the game software
(8) You cannot create data or executable programs that can simulate data or features in the game software.
In addition, you agree to comply with the security information, maintenance instructions, or other relevant notices contained in the game software.
3. term and termination
This license will continue to be valid as long as you use, operate, or run the game without prejudice to any rights of the star ring network. If you do not comply with its terms and conditions, the license will terminate automatically. In this case, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the game software.
4. copyright
All titles, including but not limited to copyright, as well as software products and any copies are owned by the star ring network or its suppliers. The ownership and intellectual property of content and content accessible through software products are the property of content owners and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you the right to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the star ring network.

The star ring network explicitly denies any guarantee of software products. The software product has no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, non infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. The star ring network does not guarantee or assume the responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained in the software product. The star ring network does not guarantee any damage to the spread of computer viruses, worms, time bombs, logical bombs or other computer programs. The star ring network further clarifies any warranties or representations to authorized users or third parties.

In no case will the star ring network be liable for any damage (including, without restrictions, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information), even if the star ring network has been told that such losses may be caused, these damages are caused by the use of "authorized users" rather than the use of software products. In no case will the star ring network be liable for data loss or indirect, special, incidental consequences (including profits lost) or other liability based on contract, tort or other damages.
