Please read this User License Agreement carefully. This User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") governs your use of video games, application software, software and related upgrades, correction files, updates and related services provided by MUGENJIGEN ENTERTAINMENT or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates ( (hereinafter referred to as "Products"). This EULA is based on MUGENJIGEN providing products to you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you") and you will use these products. By installing or using the Product, you agree to accept and abide by this EULA at all times. If you do not agree to these, do not install or use the Product. MUGENJIGEN reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete provisions of this EULA at any time in accordance with the procedures described in Article 9 below.
1. Grant authority.
1.1 MUGENJIGEN (or its licensors) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-commercial personal license (hereinafter referred to as the "License") to install and/or use the Products (in whole or in part) and any Products until Either you or MUGENJIGEN terminates this EULA. Without the authorization of MUGENJIGEN, you may not, nor allow others to, use the product or this license for commercial purposes. Updates, upgrades, corrections and changes may be necessary in order to continue using the product on certain hardware. This product is licensed, not sold to you. Where applicable, certain parts of the product may use functions provided by third parties, and some of these functions will be controlled by the third-party suppliers, which may incur additional terms and/or additional fees. You must comply with these additional terms: For example, if the product provides a VoIP application, then you must comply with the relevant wireless data service agreement when using the product. Please review these additional terms and charges in detail.
1.2 You shall not, directly or indirectly (i) sell, rent, lease, authorize, distribute, sell, exploit the product or any part of the product for commercial purposes; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the product in whole or in part Translate, adapt, copy or create derivative works (unless the product allows you to create, generate or submit user-generated content through specific functions, and you need to open an account and comply with the terms of use); (iii) create, Use and/or distribute "automation", "modifier", "script" or "macro" computer programs or other "cheat" or "hack" programs or software applications (whether over the Internet or a local network) online multiplayer or single-player games); (iv) remove, change, deactivate or circumvent any copyright and trademark signs or other original and original information, statements or labels contained in this product, and (v) violate Export or re-export this product or any altered copy under any applicable laws or regulations.
1.3 When using the Products, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You also agree to abide by the specific code of conduct that governs your use of the Products (hereinafter referred to as the "Code of Conduct"), but such code is not strict and may be modified by MUGENJIGEN at any time. In any case, you may only use the product for its intended use. For example (but without limiting MUGENJIGEN's right to take action against you), you must not:
a. Create, use, share and/or publish any material related to the product in any form that may violate confidentiality obligations, infringe upon any intellectual property rights or personal privacy rights, or incite illegal behavior (especially piracy, cracking or dissemination of counterfeit software) ( Text, sentences, pictures, sounds, videos, etc.);
b. Modify, distort, obstruct, disrupt, delay, impede and/or impose an unusual burden on the normal functionality of all or part of the Product, or the availability of the Product to other users, or the normal operation of the Product Partner Network, or attempt to do the above any act;
c. Spread or reproduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bombs, corrupted files and/or similar destructive devices or corrupted data related to products, and/or organize, participate or join in any form to attack UBISOFT servers and/or or products and/or the activities of its service providers and partners;
d. Create, provide or use alternative ways to use the Products, such as server emulators;
e. Spam chat messages, whether for personal or commercial purposes, and interfere with the flow of conversations by repeatedly posting similar messages;
or Racial, racial, or offensive language;
g. Harass or threaten any other product user;
h. Improper use of assistance services or complaint buttons, or sending false reports to MUGENJIGEN staff;
i. Impersonate MUGENJIGEN employees, representatives, partners and/or agents;
j. Counterfeit products or MUGENJIGEN related spokespersons.
2. Ownership.
All rights, ownership rights and intellectual property rights contained in or involved in the Products (including but not limited to all text, images, music or sounds, all messages or information items, avatars, names, themes, objects, scenes, costumes, effects, dialogue, slogans, locations, features, graphics, concepts, choreography, videos, audio-visual effects, domain names and any other elements), and any and all copies of the foregoing belong to MUGENJIGEN or its Proprietary to licensors. Products are protected by national and international laws, copyright treaties and practices, and other laws. The Products may contain certain licensed material, and if so, MUGENJIGEN's licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement. Such Licensed Materials may not be reproduced or displayed for any reason or in any manner without the prior permission of MUGENJIGEN (and, where applicable, MUGENJIGEN's licensors and representatives). Unless expressly provided in this EULA, MUGENJIGEN will expressly reserve all rights not granted to you in this Agreement.
This license does not confer any title or ownership rights in the Products and shall not be construed as any right to sell the Products.
3. Take the product
3.1 Products may be protected by digital rights management software (hereinafter referred to as "DRM software"). Therefore, you agree, know and agree to the following matters regarding DRM software: (I) DRM software will be installed on your computer when installing the product; (II) DRM software may limit the number of product installations; (III) DRM software may Other additional components will be installed on your computer to achieve copy protection; and (IV) When installing and/or launching the product for the first time, you may need to connect to the Internet to unlock the product through DRM software. In accordance with local laws, there may be age restrictions when accessing online services and features.
3.2 If you use the product on a compatible mobile terminal, this Article 3.2 applies to you and your use of the product:
In this EULA, "compatible mobile terminal" refers to any portable device that can connect to the Internet to access the product. "Compatible mobile terminals" cover feature phones, smartphones, tablets and personal digital assistants (PDAs).
a. Product access. To use the product on a compatible mobile terminal, you must be connected to an electronic communication network. Connection fees (including but not limited to fees charged by mobile service providers and/or telecommunications operators) are solely your responsibility. You understand that product quality, response time, or access to specific features depend on the capabilities of your compatible mobile terminal and electronic communications network. MUGENJIGEN will not be held responsible if this causes any inconvenience to users. You acknowledge that the Products may not be available on all mobile devices and may not be available through all telecommunications carriers or Internet service providers.
b. Collection of personal information: In order to provide you with a better gaming experience, improve services and product support, MUGENJIGEN may collect and save information about your use of the product, your connection information and/or your compatible mobile terminal. relating documents. Certain information is recorded, archived, analyzed and used to create user statistics. MUGENJIGEN attaches great importance to your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless explicitly authorized by you or under special circumstances. c. Analytics tools and ad serving technologies. MUGENJIGEN uses third-party analysis tools to collect gaming habits and product usage information from you and other users. The information collected may include, but is not limited to, the following: unique identifiers of mobile devices or identifiers and settings of other devices, telecommunications operators, operating systems, localized information, date and time of product use, game scores, game metrics and statistics, functionality usage, ad conversion rates, currency conversion rates, purchase history and other similar information. MUGENJIGEN uses third-party advertising technology that can place ads in products and collect information, so advertising content will be temporarily displayed in products. The information collected and used by this type of targeted advertising may include, but is not limited to, the following: age and gender, number of ad views, unique mobile device identifiers or other device identifiers and settings, information about the products you use, compatibility mobile terminal, as well as other Internet websites you have visited (including third-party web pages and mobile versions of Internet websites, as well as the date and time of browsing), the advertisements served, the location and length of the advertisements in the game, and Your reaction to the advertisement (if any). Analysis tools and ad serving technologies may use server log files, web beacons, cookies, tracking pixels and other technologies to collect the above information, and may also use information collected from other MUGENJIGEN products and services from other third-party websites. and mobile products and services, as well as demographic, advertising, market and other analytical survey results are integrated with this information.
4. Consent to monitoring.
When you use the product, the product may monitor your hardware's random access memory (RAM) to detect whether there are third party interactions with the product that are expressly prohibited and not allowed in Section 1. If the product detects such an impermissible third party, it will report some information to MUGENJIGEN, regardless of whether you are notified otherwise, and this information includes your account name, your Internet Protocol (IP) address address, the date and time the impermissible third party was detected, and the hardware specifications and performance characteristics of the hardware you are using. If the product detects the use of a third party that is not allowed, this authorization and your right to use the product may be terminated, regardless of whether you are notified otherwise.
However, please note that MUGENJIGEN is not responsible for and does not endorse the opinions, suggestions and/or recommendations you express or send in the product (including in game chat messages). The user making such communications is solely responsible for the content of such communications.
5. The purchased product has a limited warranty on the actual media.
If the product you purchased is actual media (CD, cassette or DVD-ROM), this clause 6 applies to you:
MUGENJIGEN warrants that the actual media containing the product will be free from any material or manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase by you. If the actual media containing the product is proven to be defective during the period, MUGENJIGEN will, at its option, free of charge (a) repair any defects, (b) replace the product, (c) replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value (if MUGENJIGEN does not remanufacture the product or MUGENJIGEN no longer has the product in stock), or (d) refund you, but you must provide MUGENJIGEN with written proof of purchase of the defective media. This is your sole remedy under the express warranty set forth in this Section. When returning a product for warranty replacement, please send the original product CD, cassette or DVD (if applicable) in properly protected packaging, and attach: (1) a copy of the dated sales receipt; (2) your name and Return address (typed or printed clearly); (3) Briefly describe the flaw, the problem you encountered, and the hardware and system you used to run the program.
6. Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability.
You expressly acknowledge that your use of the Products is at your own risk. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS IS." MUGENJIGEN's licensors, channel partners and related service providers do not make any express, implied or statutory guarantees, conditions, guarantees or other terms of any kind regarding the following items, and expressly disclaim any responsibility: (A) their suitability, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability or security; (B) its fitness for a particular purpose; (C) the implied warranties of title and non-infringement; (D) its market value; or (E) ) your satisfaction. MUGENJIGEN does not guarantee that the products will be able to be used continuously and are error-free, that defects will be repaired, or that the products are free of viruses or other harmful components. All responsibility for the selection of the product to achieve your intended results, as well as for the installation, use and results of the product rests with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MUGENJIGEN's licensors, channel partners and related service providers are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of the products or any related third-party services. This includes, but is not limited to (A) loss of any kind, whether in tort (including breach of or negligence of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent) or otherwise, (B) direct loss; (C) incidental losses, (D) incidental losses, (E) consequential losses, and (F) consequential losses.
Notwithstanding the foregoing limitation of liability, if you have a dispute with MUGENJIGEN or its licensors, channel partners and related service providers, your sole remedy is to stop using the products and seek compensation for damages (if applicable). If any purchased product is used on a compatible mobile terminal that is not covered by statutory warranty, MUGENJIGEN's liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of the product (directly or indirectly through its channel partners or related service providers). In any event, the liability of MUGENJIGEN, its affiliates, licensors, channel partners and related service providers shall be limited to any amount paid by you to MUGENJIGEN for the products within the twelve (12) months prior to your cause of action.
This Clause 6 shall not affect MUGENJIGEN's legal liability for death or personal injury caused by MUGENJIGEN's negligence, fraud or misrepresentation, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For the purposes of this Section 6, MUGENJIGEN's licensors, channel partners and related service providers are third-party beneficiaries of the limitations of liability set forth in this Section and have the right to enforce this EULA against you.
7. Compensation.
If you violate this EULA, you are fully responsible for any damages caused to MUGENJIGEN, its licensors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors, other users of the products, or any other individuals or legal entities.
You hereby agree to defend and indemnify MUGENJIGEN, its licensors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages and all expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from any claim or assertion, whether direct or Indirectly attributable to your fault, and/or resulting from (A) your breach of any provision of this EULA, or (B) your use or misuse of the Products. MUGENJIGEN reserves the right to defend itself at its own responsibility and expense against any claim for which you agree to indemnify MUGENJIGEN. This Section 7 shall survive the termination of this EULA.
8. Termination.
This EULA is effective from the date you purchase, download or use the Product (whichever is earlier) until terminated in accordance with its terms. You and MUGENJIGEN (or its licensors) may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason. If this EULA is terminated by MUGENJIGEN, the termination will be effective when (a) notice is provided to you, or (b) your MUGENJIGEN account (if any) is terminated, or (c) MUGENJIGEN decides to cease providing and/or supporting the Product. This EULA will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA for any reason, you must immediately remove the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.
9. Changes to this EULA or products.
MUGENJIGEN reserves the right to amend, update, change, modify, add, supplement or delete specific terms of this EULA at its discretion based on safety, regulations, best practices or regulatory reasons. You may not necessarily be notified in advance of such changes taking effect. You should check this EULA regularly to be informed of relevant changes. If you do not accept any future changes to this EULA, or such changes cause you to no longer agree to or abide by this EULA, you may terminate this EULA in accordance with Section 8 and must immediately remove the product and destroy all copies of the product. Your continued use of the Products after this EULA is revised constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all relevant changes.
MUGENJIGEN may modify the product at its discretion at any time for any reason or without any specific reason, especially to improve and/or optimize the product for technical reasons such as updates, maintenance operations and/or reset. You agree that the Product may automatically install or download modification programs. You agree that MUGENJIGEN may stop supporting earlier versions of products after releasing updated versions. MUGENJIGEN's channel partners and related service providers have no obligation to provide any maintenance services or customer support services for related products. MUGENJIGEN also reserves the right to amend the "Code of Conduct" in Article 1 to set restrictions on the use of products.
10. Other Terms.
10.1 Export Controls. Products are subject to all applicable export controls. You must comply with all export and import laws and restrictions, as well as regulations promulgated by any U.S. and foreign agencies or authorities regarding the Products and their use. Products may not be re-exported, downloaded or otherwise exported to any country to which the United States has issued a trade embargo, or to countries specifically designated on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list, or to countries listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denial Order List, nor may they be used by any of those countries. National or resident installation. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, controlled by, or a national or resident of any of the above-mentioned countries.
10.2 Severability. If any provision of this EULA is held by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision or the relevant part of such provision shall, subject to provision, be deemed to be deleted and the other provisions of this EULA shall The validity and enforceability will not be affected. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision of this EULA would become a valid, enforceable and legal provision if part of it were deleted, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to reflect MUGENJIGEN's original intent. , to make it legal, valid and enforceable.
10.3 No waiver of rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this EULA and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this EULA, its subject matter or formation (including disputes or claims of a non-contractual nature) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes and claims (including disputes or claims of a non-contractual nature) arising out of or in connection with this EULA, its subject matter or formation.

These License Terms are an agreement between you and Microsoft Corporation (or one of its affiliates, depending on where you live). Please read these licensing terms carefully. These licensing terms apply to the software described above, including the media (if any) received by your user. These terms also apply to any Microsoft

* Patch
* Internet services and
* Support services
However, if there are other terms attached to the above items, the other terms will take precedence.
Once you use the "Software", you agree to accept these licensing terms. If you do not agree to these licensing terms, please do not use the Software.
If your user agrees to the content of this authorization clause, your user may enjoy the following rights.
1. Installation and use rights. You may install and use any number of copies of the Software on any of your devices.
2. Scope of authorization. The software system is licensed for use rather than sold outright. This contract only provides you with partial rights to use the software. Microsoft reserves all other rights. Unless other applicable laws and regulations grant your user other rights beyond the limitations of this contract, your user may only use the software within the scope of the express permission of this contract. Therefore, you must comply with technical protection measures that only allow the use of the Software in specific ways. Your user is not allowed to
* Avoid technological protection measures contained in the "Software";
* Restore engineering, decompilation or reverse assembly of the software, unless applicable regulations expressly allow or prohibit such restrictions; this does not apply;
* The number of copies made of the software exceeds the number specified in this contract or the number permitted by applicable regulations;
* Distribute the software to others for copying;
* Rent, lease or lend "Software";
* Transfer the Software or this Agreement to any third party; or
* Use this software to provide commercial software hosting services.
3. Backup copy. You may make a backup copy of the software. This backup copy can only be used to reinstall the software.
4. Documentation. Anyone with access to your user's computer or internal network may copy and use this document for your user's internal reference purposes.
5. Export restrictions. The Software is subject to U.S. export regulations. You, the user, must comply with all national and international export regulations applicable to the Software. These regulations include destination restrictions, end-user restrictions and end-use restrictions. For more information, see www.microsoft.com/exporting.
6. Support services. Therefore, the "software" is only "as is" and we do not need to provide support services.
7. All contracts. The entire contract for software and support services is made up of this agreement and the terms for supplements, updates, Internet services and support services used by you.
8. Governing law.
a. United States. If you obtain the Software in the United States, the laws of the State of Washington, USA, shall govern the interpretation of this contract or any litigation arising from a breach of this contract, regardless of whether there is a conflict of laws. All other lawsuits will be governed by the laws of the state where you live, including lawsuits involving violations of state consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and infringement claims.
b. Outside the United States. If you acquired the Software in a country other than the United States, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which you reside.
9. Legal effect. This contract describes certain legal rights. The laws of the country in which your user is located may provide your user with other rights. In addition, the organization from which you obtained the software may also provide related rights. If the laws of the country where your user is located do not allow it, this contract cannot change the rights provided to you in accordance with the laws of the country where you are located.
10. Statement of Warranty. Software is licensed as stated in the terms of the contract. Your use is at your own risk. MICROSOFT MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS. The laws of your region may provide additional consumer rights, which cannot be changed by this contract. To the extent permitted by the local laws of your country, MICROSOFT may exclude any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11. Limitation and exclusion of rights to remedies and liability for damages. YOU SHALL BE LIABLE TO MICROSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ONLY IN THE AMOUNT EXCEEDING $5.00. Your user cannot claim compensation for other damages, including derivative damages, lost profits, special damages, indirect damages or incidental damages.
This restriction applies to
* Any matter related to the software, services, content (including code) on third-party websites or third-party programs; and
* To the extent permitted by applicable law, litigation cases arising from breach of contract, warranty, guarantee or condition, liability without fault, negligence or other tort law claims.
This limitation will apply even if Microsoft knows or becomes aware of the possibility of the damage. In addition, your country may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or other damages, which may cause the above limitations or exclusions to not apply to you.

You may use this Patch if you are licensed to use the Microsoft Windows operating system software (the software to which this Patch applies) (the "Software"). d. Create, provide or use alternative ways to use the Products, such as server emulators;
e. Spam chat messages, whether for personal or commercial purposes, and interfere with the flow of conversations by repeatedly posting similar messages;
or Racial, racial, or offensive language;
g. Harass or threaten any other product user;
h. Improper use of assistance services or complaint buttons, or sending false reports to MUGENJIGEN staff;
i. Impersonate MUGENJIGEN employees, representatives, partners and/or agents;
j. Counterfeit products or MUGENJIGEN related spokespersons.
2. Ownership.
All rights, ownership rights and intellectual property rights contained in or involved in the Products (including but not limited to all text, images, music or sounds, all messages or information items, avatars, names, themes, objects, scenes, costumes, effects, dialogue, slogans, locations, features, graphics, concepts, choreography, videos, audio-visual effects, domain names and any other elements), and any and all copies of the foregoing belong to MUGENJIGEN or its Proprietary to licensors. Products are protected by national and international laws, copyright treaties and practices, and other laws. The Products may contain certain licensed material, and if so, MUGENJIGEN's licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement. Such Licensed Materials may not be reproduced or displayed for any reason or in any manner without the prior permission of MUGENJIGEN (and, where applicable, MUGENJIGEN's licensors and representatives). Unless expressly provided in this EULA, MUGENJIGEN will expressly reserve all rights not granted to you in this Agreement.
This license does not confer any title or ownership rights in the Products and shall not be construed as any right to sell the Products.
3. Take the product
3.1 Products may be protected by digital rights management software (hereinafter referred to as "DRM software"). 3.2 If you use the product on a compatible mobile terminal, this Article 3.2 applies to you and your use of the product:
In this EULA, "compatible mobile terminal" refers to any portable device that can connect to the Internet to access the product. "Compatible mobile terminals" cover feature phones, smartphones, tablets and personal digital assistants (PDAs).
a. Product access. To use the product on a compatible mobile terminal, you must be connected to an electronic communication network. Connection fees (including but not limited to fees charged by mobile service providers and/or telecommunications operators) are solely your responsibility. The information collected and used by this type of targeted advertising may include, but is not limited to, the following: age and gender, number of ad views, unique mobile device identifiers or other device identifiers and settings, information about the products you use, compatibility mobile terminal, as well as other Internet websites you have visited (including third-party web pages and mobile versions of Internet websites, as well as the date and time of browsing), the advertisements served, the location and length of the advertisements in the game, and Your reaction to the advertisement (if any). 4. Consent to monitoring.

5. The purchased product has a limited warranty on the actual media.
If the product you purchased is actual media (CD, cassette or DVD-ROM), this clause 6 applies to you:
MUGENJIGEN warrants that the actual media containing the product will be free from any material or manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase by you. If the actual media containing the product is proven to be defective during the period, MUGENJIGEN will, at its option, free of charge (a) repair any defects, (b) replace the product, (c) replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value (if MUGENJIGEN does not remanufacture the product or MUGENJIGEN no longer has the product in stock), or (d) refund you, but you must provide MUGENJIGEN with written proof of purchase of the defective media. This is your sole remedy under the express warranty set forth in this Section. When returning a product for warranty replacement, please send the original product CD, cassette or DVD (if applicable) in properly protected packaging, and attach: (1) a copy of the dated sales receipt; (2) your name and Return address (typed or printed clearly); (3) Briefly describe the flaw, the problem you encountered, and the hardware and system you used to run the program.
6. Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability.
You expressly acknowledge that your use of the Products is at your own risk. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS IS." MUGENJIGEN's licensors, channel partners and related service providers do not make any express, implied or statutory guarantees, conditions, guarantees or other terms of any kind regarding the following items, and expressly disclaim any responsibility: (A) their suitability, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability or security; (B) its fitness for a particular purpose; (C) the implied warranties of title and non-infringement; (D) its market value; or (E) ) your satisfaction. MUGENJIGEN does not guarantee that the products will be able to be used continuously and are error-free, that defects will be repaired, or that the products are free of viruses or other harmful components. All responsibility for the selection of the product to achieve your intended results, as well as for the installation, use and results of the product rests with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MUGENJIGEN's licensors, channel partners and related service providers are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of the products or any related third-party services. This includes, but is not limited to (A) loss of any kind, whether in tort (including breach of or negligence of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent) or otherwise, (B) direct loss; (C) incidental losses, (D) incidental losses, (E) consequential losses, and (F) consequential losses.
Notwithstanding the foregoing limitation of liability, if you have a dispute with MUGENJIGEN or its licensors, channel partners and related service providers, your sole remedy is to stop using the products and seek compensation for damages (if applicable). If any purchased product is used on a compatible mobile terminal that is not covered by statutory warranty, MUGENJIGEN's liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of the product (directly or indirectly through its channel partners or related service providers). For the purposes of this Section 6, MUGENJIGEN's licensors, channel partners and related service providers are third-party beneficiaries of the limitations of liability set forth in this Section and have the right to enforce this EULA against you.
7. Compensation.
If you violate this EULA, you are fully responsible for any damages caused to MUGENJIGEN, its licensors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors, other users of the products, or any other individuals or legal entities.
You hereby agree to defend and indemnify MUGENJIGEN, its licensors, channel partners, related service providers and subcontractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages and all expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from any claim or assertion, whether direct or Indirectly attributable to your fault, and/or resulting from (A) your breach of any provision of this EULA, or (B) your use or misuse of the Products. MUGENJIGEN reserves the right to defend itself at its own responsibility and expense against any claim for which you agree to indemnify MUGENJIGEN. This Section 7 shall survive the termination of this EULA.
8. Termination.
This EULA is effective from the date you purchase, download or use the Product (whichever is earlier) until terminated in accordance with its terms. You and MUGENJIGEN (or its licensors) may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason. If this EULA is terminated by MUGENJIGEN, the termination will be effective when (a) notice is provided to you, or (b) your MUGENJIGEN account (if any) is terminated, or (c) MUGENJIGEN decides to cease providing and/or supporting the Product. This EULA will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA for any reason, you must immediately remove the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.
9. Changes to this EULA or products.
MUGENJIGEN reserves the right to amend, update, change, modify, add, supplement or delete specific terms of this EULA at its discretion based on safety, regulations, best practices or regulatory reasons. You may not necessarily be notified in advance of such changes taking effect. You should check this EULA regularly to be informed of relevant changes. If you do not accept any future changes to this EULA, or such changes cause you to no longer agree to or abide by this EULA, you may terminate this EULA in accordance with Section 8 and must immediately remove the product and destroy all copies of the product. Your continued use of the Products after this EULA is revised constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all relevant changes.
MUGENJIGEN may modify the product at its discretion at any time for any reason or without any specific reason, especially to improve and/or optimize the product for technical reasons such as updates, maintenance operations and/or reset. You agree that the Product may automatically install or download modification programs. You agree that MUGENJIGEN may stop supporting earlier versions of products after releasing updated versions. MUGENJIGEN's channel partners and related service providers have no obligation to provide any maintenance services or customer support services for related products. MUGENJIGEN also reserves the right to amend the "Code of Conduct" in Article 1 to set restrictions on the use of products.
10. Other Terms.
10.1 Export Controls. Products are subject to all applicable export controls. You must comply with all export and import laws and restrictions, as well as regulations promulgated by any U.S. and foreign agencies or authorities regarding the Products and their use. Products may not be re-exported, downloaded or otherwise exported to any country to which the United States has issued a trade embargo, or to countries specifically designated on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list, or to countries listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denial Order List, nor may they be used by any of those countries. National or resident installation. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, controlled by, or a national or resident of any of the above-mentioned countries.
10.2 Severability. If any provision of this EULA is held by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision or the relevant part of such provision shall, subject to provision, be deemed to be deleted and the other provisions of this EULA shall The validity and enforceability will not be affected. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes and claims (including disputes or claims of a non-contractual nature) arising out of or in connection with this EULA, its subject matter or formation.

5. Export restrictions. The Software is subject to U.S. export regulations. You, the user, must comply with all national and international export regulations applicable to the Software. These regulations include destination restrictions, end-user restrictions and end-use restrictions. For more information, see www.microsoft.com/exporting.
6. Support services. Therefore, the "software" is only "as is" and we do not need to provide support services.
7. All contracts. The entire contract for software and support services is made up of this agreement and the terms for supplements, updates, Internet services and support services used by you.
8. Governing law.
a. United States.
