1. Acceptance

2.Game
The Island is a game provided to you by Ibis Games. The game throws you onto an island after a ship wreck.
Alone, you must try to survive. Collect resources, build a house or small shelter to protect yourself
from animals.
3.Access to the game

OFFERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAMES, TERMINATE THE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATE
ALL RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU UNDER THE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AT ANY TIME
FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR LIABILITY. Ibis Games MAY, BUT DOES NOT HAVE TO
INFORM YOU ABOUT THIS TERMINATION BY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS: (I) IN GAME NOTICE; (II) BY ELECTRONIC MAIL;
(III) IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR (IV) OTHERWAY WHICH Ibis Games FOLLOWS
TO INFORM YOU OF TERMINATION.
11. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
THE GAME IS PROVIDED BY Ibis Games ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. IN THE MAXIMUM
TO THE POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Ibis Games DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, Ibis Games MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR

OR EXCHANGE IN GAME AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OFFENSIVE, UNWANTED, OBLIED,
ILLEGAL OR OTHERWISE PREDICTIVE MATERIAL YOU MAY MEET IN THE GAME OR ON THE PLATFORM OR IN CONNECTION
