Program License Agreement:
Please read the following terms and conditions of this Program License Agreement carefully before using this program as a computer game (the “Program”), as well as the documents, materials and manuals in written, electronic or printed form that accompany the Program. By installing the Program, the user expressly agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement without any objection.
The user who does not agree with any and all terms and conditions of this Agreement is not allowed to use the Program.

To resolve any doubts, the availability of the Program by Ederson Santos da Silva to the user does not constitute a transfer or assignment of the Program rights to the user, this being only a license for the user to use it.
2. Intellectual Property
Any and all intellectual rights in the Program are owned by Ederson Santos da Silva, and such rights are protected by the Copyright Act and applicable international treaties and conventions. The Program may also incorporate various types of third party property rights. If the user infringes any of these intellectual property rights in violation of this Agreement, the respective owner may take any necessary measures, such as seeking a precautionary measure to prevent its use or claim compensation for losses and damages, to protect their rights.
3. Restrictions
A: You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Under no circumstances may the user use any means to copy, photograph, reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, derive its source code or modify any part of the Program without obtaining prior written authorization from Ederson Santos Da Silva.
B: The user agrees not to:
assign, transfer, lend or give any third party the right to use or copy the Program in any way;
use all or part of the Program commercially in Internet cafes, video game galleries or other locations without obtaining prior written authorization from Ederson Santos Da Silva. Whenever the user intends to use the Program commercially, the respective prior written authorization from Ederson Santos Da Silva will be required. In this case, please contact Ederson Santos Da Silva.
hold, sponsor or support a business event, convention or other meeting using all or part of the Program without obtaining prior written authorization from Ederson Santos Da Silva, except in limited cases of private or personal use, such as at home or among friends;
employ or emulate communication protocols adopted by Ederson Santos Da Silva, such as the Program's network functions. The user will not be able to emulate or channel protocols, nor to add certain components or to use utility programs that use technologies already, or in the future, developed for any purpose, without obtaining prior written authorization from Ederson Santos Da Silva (such as for games connected in network over the Internet, on commercial or non-commercial game networks, or as part of a group network);
consciously make use of Program design defects, if any;
restrict in any other way the content, functions or services offered by the Program (such as interfering with the battle game service between users of the Program);
take actions contrary to Ederson Santos Da Silva, including without being limited to those applicable or similar to those of 3.B .
4. Termination
The user may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying or erasing any and all parts of the Program, as well as copies or derivatives.
Ederson Santos Da Silva may terminate this Agreement if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Immediately after being terminated by Ederson Santos Da Silva, the user can destroy or delete any and all parts of the Program, as well as their recordings or derivatives.
5. Export Control
The user agrees to observe all laws and regulations in Brazil and other countries, and to undertake not to export the Program, whether by electronic transfer or any other means of transfer, any country that is under embargo under the “Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law”
6. Indemnity
Ederson Santos Da Silva only provides the User Program in the state in which it is found, and does not offer the user any warranty with respect to any aspect of the Program. 7. Losses and Damages
The user understands and recognizes that, if the contract is this, Ederson Santos da Silva may suffer damages and have the right to claim compensation from the user for damages and damages caused.
