All rights to the Service are owned by Axelerum (including, among others, all games, titles, computer codes, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogues, slogans, designs, artwork, animations, sounds, music compositions, audiovisual effects, operating methods, moral rights, documentation, transcripts of in-game conversations, character profile information, recordings of games played using an Axelerum game client, as well as server and client software of Axelerum game). Axelerum reserves all rights, including without limitation all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights in relation to its games and the Service.
