This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and KagariSoft (“KagariSoft,” “Company”), a subsidiary of UnSetSoft (“Parent Company”), both organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Argentina.

UnSetSoft is the legal parent company of KagariSoft and is expressly authorized to administer, enforce, and litigate all matters relating to the Software, including copyright enforcement, arbitration, civil or criminal litigation, injunctive relief, and DMCA actions worldwide.

The Software may be distributed through third-party digital platforms, including but not limited to Steam and other authorized distribution services (“Platform Providers”). You agree that KagariSoft and/or UnSetSoft may coordinate enforcement, removal, or suspension of accounts through these platforms in the event of violation.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you irrevocably acknowledge that:

• All external use is monitored (websites, social media, etc.);
  
• Unauthorized use, particularly involving AI, will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of law;
  
• Willful infringement is presumed where violation involves AI or extraction of assets.

If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use.


Subject to strict compliance with this Agreement and Platform Provider terms, KagariSoft grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Install one authorized copy;
  
• Use the Software solely for private, personal, non-commercial purposes;
  
• Access the Software exclusively through authorized distribution channels.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by KagariSoft and/or UnSetSoft.


The Software may only be distributed via authorized digital storefronts, official publishers, licensed distributors, or approved platform partners.

Any acquisition outside authorized channels constitutes infringement. KagariSoft and/or UnSetSoft may coordinate:

• Platform account suspension;
  
• Removal from Steam or other storefronts;
  
• Enforcement actions against distributors, resellers, or marketplaces.

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, modify, or analyze the Software;
  
• Extract, copy, record, scrape, or redistribute assets;
  
• Circumvent DRM;
  
• Remove proprietary notices;
  
• Use the Software to create derivative products outside the scope of this license.

Any breach is material and actionable, with willful infringement presumed in the case of AI use or extraction of assets.


Use of the Software, its components, or any derivative for AI training, generative models, dataset creation, style replication, embedding extraction, benchmarking, or research is strictly forbidden.

Prohibited materials include:

• Proprietary assets;
  
• Third-Party Content integrated into the Software;
  
• Visuals, audio, scripts, code, metadata, or gameplay footage.

Any violation will be treated as deliberate and intentional (“willful infringement”), with enforcement pursued globally.


You acknowledge that any AI misuse, unauthorized extraction, or derivative exploitation of the Software or its assets causes irreparable and substantial harm to KagariSoft, UnSetSoft, and applicable third-party licensors.

In the event of any such violation, you agree that liquidated damages shall apply and be:

• Aggressive and cumulative, calculated per asset, dataset inclusion, trained model, or derivative work, without limitation by jurisdiction;
  
• Fully applicable to both proprietary and Third-Party Content integrated into the Software;
  
• Presumed to arise from willful infringement, placing the burden on the violator to disprove deliberate intent;
  
• Without limiting KagariSoft or UnSetSoft from seeking injunctive relief, statutory remedies, or legal fees.

This clause is intended to maximize deterrence and global enforceability, while remaining subject to judicial or statutory discretion where required by applicable law.


Third-Party Content remains the property of respective rights holders. Use is restricted to the Software as delivered through authorized platforms.

You may not:

• Extract, redistribute, or use independently;
  
• Train AI models;
  
• Modify or monetize outside authorized Software.

Violations are actionable by KagariSoft, UnSetSoft, and Platform Providers.


Allowed only under platform-native monetization (ads, subscriptions, revenue share).

Prohibited:

• Full unedited uploads substituting purchase;
  
• Distribution of extracted assets;
  
• Separate monetization of music, art, or code.

KagariSoft/UnSetSoft may revoke streaming privileges at their discretion.


You must be of legal minimum age, or have parental consent.

Parents/legal guardians are responsible for minors under Argentine law.


You shall indemnify and hold harmless KagariSoft, UnSetSoft, Platform Providers, publishers, and distributors from all claims arising from:

• Breach of Agreement;
  
• AI misuse;
  
• IP infringement;
  
• Legal violations.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” No warranties except those cannot be waived under mandatory consumer laws.


Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price, except in cases of willful infringement or statutory non-waivable liability.


Binding arbitration in Argentina, except where consumer law prohibits.


UnSetSoft is authorized to act globally, including:

• DMCA takedowns;
  
• Coordination with Steam and other distributors;
  
• Civil and criminal proceedings;
  
• Injunctions;
  
• Recovery of damages and legal fees.

Immediate upon material breach. Continued use after termination = deliberate infringement.


Argentine law governs. Mandatory consumer protections apply locally and internationally where required.


Unenforceable provisions limited to minimum; remainder remains fully in effect.


This Agreement, together with Platform Provider terms, is the complete understanding between you, KagariSoft, and UnSetSoft.


KagariSoft/UnSetSoft may modify this Agreement without prior notice.
