End User License Agreement
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and SpellCaster that governs your use of the software SpellCaster ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). BY INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE EULA TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
LICENSE GRANT
SpellCaster grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as permitted by this agreement for your personal and commercial use.
Transfer
This EULA does not provide a transfer or assignment of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, lease, lend, publish, copy, modify, translate, adapt or distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Right
SpellCaster owns all right, title and interest in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.
Reverse Engineering
You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive the source code or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Warranty Disclaimer
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of performance, satisfactory quality, noninfringement, merchantability, or fitness for use for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall SpellCaster be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Including without limitation computer failure, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of profits, work stoppage or malfunction, or any and all other damages or losses.
