This Notice sets forth the terms and conditions under which INTERN PURSUIT and any
features and services from the websites “internpursuit.tech” or “www.internpursuit.tech”
“internpursuit.games” or “www.internpursuit.games” (collectively “Intern Pursuit”) provides
information on the website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of the
website, along with any additional terms and conditions that may be referenced herein or that
are presented elsewhere on the website in relation to a specific service or feature. By making
use of this website or being redirected here from another domain, you agree to be bound by the
terms and conditions that appear hereunder, including the Intern Pursuit’s Privacy Policy and
Intern Pursuit’s Policies, incorporated herein by reference (collectively the “Agreement” or
“Terms of Service”). The terms and conditions are subject to updating at any time without notice
and such changes, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting. We may
modify, add, replace, change, refuse access to, suspend, discontinue, terminate the services,
including the availability of any features of the website, partially or entirely, or change and
modify our fees prospectively for all or part of the services for you or for all our members in our
sole discretion. If at any time you do not accept the terms and conditions, do not access the
website or any of its pages.
Changes to the terms and conditions take effect when posted to the website. Intern Pursuit
further reserves the right to withhold, remove or discard any content available as part of your
account, with or without notice if deemed by Intern Pursuit to be contrary to this Agreement. For
avoidance of doubt, Intern Pursuit has no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of
any content that you or other members provide when using our services.
Service Eligibility
To be eligible to use Intern Pursuit’s website, you must meet the following criteria and represent
and warrant that you: (1) are at least 18 years of age (however, if applicable law requires that
you must be older in order for Intern Pursuit to lawfully provide its services to you, then your age
must be such older age) or older; (2) parental permission must be given if 13 years of age to 17
years of age (3) are not using Intern Pursuit to post false or misleading information; (4) are
properly licensed, if necessary, and empowered to engage in the intern services or game play
promoted by Intern Pursuit; (5) are not currently restricted from Intern Pursuit’s services, or not
otherwise prohibited from having a Intern Pursuit account, (6) will only maintain one Intern
Pursuit software account at any given time; (7) will use your real name and only provide
accurate information to Intern Pursuit; (8) will post information to Intern Pursuit that you are
legally allowed to post, (whether you are a recruiter with the consent of your client(s) and/or
candidate(s) to the information or as a candidate entering the information), that is accurate and
not misleading; (9) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will
not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (10) will not violate any rights of Intern
Pursuit or third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights;
and (11) agree to provide at your cost all equipment, software, mobile access, and internet
access necessary to use Intern Pursuit’s services.
Your Membership
The information you manage on Intern Pursuit, including your information, client listings and
postings, will become part of Intern Pursuit and except for the information that you license to us
is owned by Intern Pursuit. However, between you and others, your account belongs to you.
You agree to: (1) keep your password secure and confidential; (2) not permit others to use your
account; (3) not use other’s accounts; (4) not sell, trade, or transfer your Intern Pursuit account
to another party; (5) not charge anyone for access to any portion of Intern Pursuit, or any
information therein; (6) not provide information that is false or misleading; (7) not purposely
allow information that contains any identification material of your client(s) and/or candidate(s)
unless you solely desire; (8) not engage in any service or transaction that may infringe upon a
person’s race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, age, genetic
information, or other laws prohibiting discrimination, whether federal, state, or local law. Further,
you are responsible for anything that happens through your account until you close down your
account or prove that your account security was compromised due to no fault of your own.
Your Rights
On the condition that you comply with all your obligations under this Agreement, we grant you a
limited, revocable, nonexclusive, non assignable, non sublicensable license and right to access
Intern Pursuit’s services, through a generally available web browser, mobile device or Intern
Pursuit authorized application (but not through scraping, spidering, crawling or other technology
or software used to access data without the express written consent of Intern Pursuit or its
members), to view information and use Intern Pursuit’s services that we provide on Intern
Pursuit webpages and in accordance with this Agreement. Any other use of Intern Pursuit
contrary to our mission and purpose is strictly prohibited and a violation of this Agreement. We
reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including, without limitation, title,
ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in Intern Pursuit and all
related items, including any and all copies made of the Intern Pursuit website.
NO WARRANTY – DISCLAIMER – INDEMNITY INTERN PURSUIT SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THIS WEBSITE OR YOUR USE
THEREOF. THE CONTENT, INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THIS
WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GRAPHICS, TEXT AND LINKS TO OTHER
SITES, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND MAY BE

Additionally, you grant Intern Pursuit a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual,
unlimited, assignable, sublicensable, fully paid up and royalty-free right to us to copy, prepare
derivative works of, improve, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, process, analyze, use and
commercialize, in any way now known or in the future discovered, any information you provide,
directly or indirectly to Intern Pursuit, including, but not limited to, any user generated content,
ideas, concepts, techniques and/or data to the services, you submit to Intern Pursuit, without
any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to any third parties. Any information
you submit to us is at your own risk of loss.
By providing information to us, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to submit the
information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any
contractual restrictions or other third party rights. It is your responsibility to keep your information

If at any time, Intern Pursuit enables site visitors to post reviews of and comments on products
featured on the site, the party posting that comment or review, grants Intern Pursuit and its

User-to-User Communication and Sharing
Intern Pursuit offers various forms of communication between users, where you can coordinate
postings, deals, and transactions. Intern Pursuit also enables sharing of information by allowing
users to post updates, employment recommendations, and other content to their information
and other services. Members of Intern Pursuit can create postings for potential candidates for
free, however, Intern Pursuit, in its sole discretion, may close, transfer, or remove content from
the postings or from anywhere on the services if the content violates this Agreement or others’
intellectual property rights. Please note that information and ideas you post and/or share may be
seen and used by other members and/or the public, and Intern Pursuit cannot guarantee that
other members or other third parties will or will not use the ideas and information that you share
on Intern Pursuit, nor the manner of use. Therefore, if you have an idea or information that you
would like to keep confidential or do not want others to use, or that is subject to third party rights
that may be infringed by sharing it, do not post it to Intern Pursuit. INTERN PURSUIT IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANOTHER’S MISUSE OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF ANY CONTENT OR
INFORMATION YOU POST ON INTERN PURSUIT.
Connections and Interactions with other Members
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Intern Pursuit may limit the
number of connections you may have to other members and may, in certain circumstances,
prohibit you from contacting other users through use of Intern Pursuit services or otherwise limit
your use of Intern Pursuit services. Intern Pursuit reserves the right, but has no obligation, to
monitor disputes between you and other members and to restrict, suspend, or close your
account if Intern Pursuit determines, in our sole discretion, that doing so is necessary to enforce
this Agreement.
International Users - Venue - Choice of Law – Miscellaneous
These Terms and any operating rules for this website established by Intern Pursuit constitute
the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all
previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
The provisions of these Terms are for the benefit of Intern Pursuit, its parent, subsidiaries, other
affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors and each shall have the right to
assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf. This website is controlled and
operated by Intern Pursuit from offices within Orange County, Florida, United States of America
where you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts. We make no
representation that materials at this website are appropriate or available for use outside of the
United States or that access to their content from all territories is legal. You may not use the
website or export the website materials in violation of U.S. laws and regulations. If you access
this website from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with
all local laws. These terms and conditions which you have agreed to by visiting this website
must be governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Florida, without giving
effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
Mutual Rights of Termination
You may terminate this Agreement, for any or no reason, at any time, with proper notice to
Intern Pursuit. This notice will be effective upon Intern Pursuit processing your notice. Intern
Pursuit may terminate this Agreement and your account for any reason or no reason, at any
time, with or without notice. This cancellation shall be effective immediately or as may be
specified in the notice. Termination of your Intern Pursuit account includes disabling your
access to Intern Pursuit and may also bar you from any future use of Intern Pursuit.
Misuse of the Services
Intern Pursuit may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any member who abuses or
misuses Intern Pursuit services. Misuse of Intern Pursuit services includes, but not limiting to,
unauthorized logging into Intern Pursuit; unauthorized representations and statements; posting
false or misleading information; posting identifying information; abusing the Intern Pursuit
services; failing to timely make payments; infringing any intellectual property rights, or any other
behavior that Intern Pursuit, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose. In addition, and
without limiting the foregoing, Intern Pursuit has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of
members who, in Intern Pursuit’s sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers under the
United States Equal Pay Act of 1963, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Age Discrimination
in Employment Act of 1967, Title I and Title V of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990,
Sections 501 and 505 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Genetic Information
Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, Civil Rights Act of 1991, Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, and
Copyright Act, as amended from time to time.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Intern Pursuit account, you lose access to Intern Pursuit services. The
terms of this Agreement shall survive any termination.
Notify Us of Acts Contrary to the Agreement
If you believe that you are entitled or obligated to act contrary to this Agreement under any
mandatory law, you agree to provide us with detailed and substantiated explanation of your
reasons in writing at least thirty (30) days before you act contrary to this Agreement, to allow us
to assess whether we may, at our sole discretion, provide an alternative remedy for the
situation, though we are under no obligation to do so.
Ordering Products and Services
You must be 18 years or older, and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to
submit an order for products or services through any of Intern Pursuit websites.
Prices and Availability
All prices listed on Intern Pursuit websites are subject to change. In the event a product or
service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Intern Pursuit shall have the
right, prior to the acceptance of your order pursuant to our Order Acceptance Policy described
below, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card account charged. If your credit card account has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, Intern Pursuit shall immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the charge. The availability of products or services and
other items on each of Intern Pursuit websites may change at any time, without notice.
Terms of Purchase
Software payment is due at the time of purchase of annual or monthly membership It will renew
annually unless the user cancels with 30 days’ notice. Membership fees are not refundable. You
agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases including any
sales taxes, surcharges and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select. The final
charges for your order may be different than those stated on the website.
Other purchases associated with merchandise, advertising, and game costs are due at time of
purchase.
Intern Pursuit does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and
content of any third parties related to the creation or delivery of your order. Intern Pursuit may
require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
By selecting to pay via credit card as a method of payment, you agree that you must be
authorized to use the credit card presented as a method of payment. Prior to the purchase of
any goods or services on our website, you must provide us with a valid credit card number
information and associated payment information, including, but not limited to, the following: (i)

Intern Pursuit does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to
pay all amounts due upon demand by Intern Pursuit or its agents. The final charges on your

Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, customs,
import/export charges, or similar governmental charges, if any. Intern Pursuit does not collect
sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject
to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely
because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers
to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that

Without limiting other remedies, Intern Pursuit reserves the right to charge a late fee on all past
due payments equivalent to the lesser of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the unpaid

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Intern Pursuit

Pursuit reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order

Pursuit Account Information and Intern Pursuit profile are password protected; however, Intern
Pursuit does not presently use encryption technology for passwords, registration, or other

strongly recommend that you sign out of your Intern Pursuit account and close your browser
window when you have finished your work or viewing of Intern Pursuit websites. This is to
ensure that others cannot access your account by using your computer when you are away
from it.
Because of the global nature of the World Wide Web and the Internet, when you give us
information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where
you originally entered the information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can
be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Since Intern Pursuit websites do not use security encryption
measures, information that you disclose by use of this site (as with any site that is non-secure),
by posting a message or using e-mail, potentially could be collected and used by others. This

provided to Intern Pursuit in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize
Intern Pursuit to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly
other countries. You hereby consent to the transfer of your data to the U.S. pursuant to the
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Severability

invalid, void, or invalid the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to render it
enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible in order to effect the intention of the
provision and the validity of the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and
shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Intern Pursuit's policies set forth rules and procedures designed to guide Members and the
potential conflicts that may arise while conducting business with Intern Pursuit and other
Members.
Intern Pursuit holds each party responsible for their own actions and requires that they are
aware of, understand, and adhere to all of Intern Pursuit rules, policies, and procedures. Any
Member who claims that they are unaware of a particular policy is still accountable for their
actions.
DISCRIMINATION
Intern Pursuit does not discriminate
Every service that Intern Pursuit offers is provided without regard to race, color, gender, national
origin, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Intern Pursuit complies with the Americans with
Disabilities Act; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Age Discrimination in Employment
Act; and other federal, state, and local prohibitions against discrimination. Discrimination in any
form is prohibited by Intern Pursuit, including any action described in the discrimination laws
above.
Intern Pursuit requires its Members to not discriminate
Intern Pursuit advises all of its customers and recipients of any of its services that recruiters, as
well as their client companies, are obligated to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act;
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; and other
federal, state, and local prohibitions against discrimination.
Persons using information distributed by Intern Pursuit
Intern Pursuit is not the originator of any candidate or job order information. All information put
into the Intern Pursuit system is the sole property and sole responsibility of the persons
supplying the information to Intern Pursuit. Intern Pursuit simply distributes
the information with which it is supplied. Due to the large volume of information that Intern
Pursuit receives, Intern Pursuit is unable to verify if the information being distributed is either
factual or non-discriminatory in nature. All persons (recruiters, counselors, researchers,
academic partners, client companies, candidates, students, gamers, sponsors, etc.) using any
information collected and distributed by Intern Pursuit agree to use the information in a manner
which does not violate any employment discrimination laws.
Intern Pursuit software provides its customers with the ability to screen in and screen out
candidates and job orders which are applicable to their hiring needs due to the large volume of
information passing through the system. Members using Intern Pursuit system understand that
the parameters used in any computerized screening capabilities offered by Intern Pursuit are
completely controlled by them (and not by Intern Pursuit), and they are solely responsible to not
use Intern Pursuit screening capabilities to discriminate.
Intern Pursuit game provides its customers with the ability to play our game, purchase
upgrades, and game packages through Steam. Members using Intern Pursuit Game understand
the parameters used in any online marketplace offered by Intern Pursuit and any game
marketplace providers are completely controlled by them (and not by Intern Pursuit) and they
are solely responsible to not play the Intern Pursuit Game.
Intern Pursuit Members agree that they are solely responsible for their actions if they provide or
use information to Intern Pursuit which contains discriminatory content, which uses any
information collected and distributed by Intern Pursuit in a discriminatory manner, or which uses
any Intern Pursuit computerized screening capabilities in a nature which violates any
employment discrimination laws. Any such customer shall indemnify and hold Intern Pursuit
harmless from all fees, attorney's fees, costs, claims, expenses, and liabilities incurred as a
result of the customer's failure to comply with any such applicable law or regulations.

Service Eligibility
To be eligible to use Intern Pursuit’s website, you must meet the following criteria and represent
and warrant that you: (1) are at least 18 years of age (however, if applicable law requires that
you must be older in order for Intern Pursuit to lawfully provide its services to you, then your age
must be such older age) or older; (2) parental permission must be given if 13 years of age to 17
years of age (3) are not using Intern Pursuit to post false or misleading information; (4) are
properly licensed, if necessary, and empowered to engage in the intern services or game play
promoted by Intern Pursuit; (5) are not currently restricted from Intern Pursuit’s services, or not
otherwise prohibited from having a Intern Pursuit account, (6) will only maintain one Intern
Pursuit software account at any given time; (7) will use your real name and only provide
accurate information to Intern Pursuit; (8) will post information to Intern Pursuit that you are
legally allowed to post, (whether you are a recruiter with the consent of your client(s) and/or
candidate(s) to the information or as a candidate entering the information), that is accurate and
not misleading; (9) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will
not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (10) will not violate any rights of Intern
Pursuit or third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights;
and (11) agree to provide at your cost all equipment, software, mobile access, and internet
access necessary to use Intern Pursuit’s services.
Your Membership
The information you manage on Intern Pursuit, including your information, client listings and
postings, will become part of Intern Pursuit and except for the information that you license to us
is owned by Intern Pursuit. However, between you and others, your account belongs to you.
You agree to: (1) keep your password secure and confidential; (2) not permit others to use your
account; (3) not use other’s accounts; (4) not sell, trade, or transfer your Intern Pursuit account
to another party; (5) not charge anyone for access to any portion of Intern Pursuit, or any
information therein; (6) not provide information that is false or misleading; (7) not purposely
allow information that contains any identification material of your client(s) and/or candidate(s)
unless you solely desire; (8) not engage in any service or transaction that may infringe upon a
person’s race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, age, genetic
information, or other laws prohibiting discrimination, whether federal, state, or local law. Further,
you are responsible for anything that happens through your account until you close down your
account or prove that your account security was compromised due to no fault of your own.
Your Rights
On the condition that you comply with all your obligations under this Agreement, we grant you a
limited, revocable, nonexclusive, non assignable, non sublicensable license and right to access
Intern Pursuit’s services, through a generally available web browser, mobile device or Intern
Pursuit authorized application (but not through scraping, spidering, crawling or other technology
or software used to access data without the express written consent of Intern Pursuit or its
members), to view information and use Intern Pursuit’s services that we provide on Intern
Pursuit webpages and in accordance with this Agreement. Any other use of Intern Pursuit
contrary to our mission and purpose is strictly prohibited and a violation of this Agreement. We
reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including, without limitation, title,
ownership, intellectual property rights, and all other rights and interest in Intern Pursuit and all
related items, including any and all copies made of the Intern Pursuit website.

Notify Us of Acts Contrary to the Agreement
If you believe that you are entitled or obligated to act contrary to this Agreement under any
mandatory law, you agree to provide us with detailed and substantiated explanation of your
reasons in writing at least thirty (30) days before you act contrary to this Agreement, to allow us
to assess whether we may, at our sole discretion, provide an alternative remedy for the
situation, though we are under no obligation to do so.
Ordering Products and Services
You must be 18 years or older, and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to
submit an order for products or services through any of Intern Pursuit websites.
Prices and Availability
All prices listed on Intern Pursuit websites are subject to change. In the event a product or
service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Intern Pursuit shall have the

Software payment is due at the time of purchase of annual or monthly membership It will renew
annually unless the user cancels with 30 days’ notice. Membership fees are not refundable. You

1. PII or Account Information. Intern Pursuit may provide your PII and account information to

customer support services, client relationship management and tracking services, and
processing information on behalf of Intern Pursuit. Such disclosure is made to Intern
Pursuit affiliates and trusted business partners or persons, and Intern Pursuit asks that
such parties process the information only in accordance with Intern Pursuit instructions
and maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
● These affiliates will be added to the Terms & Conditions as contracted with Intern
Pursuit.
● Intern Pursuit may provide such information for use in website hosting, packaging and
mailing, order fulfillment, answering customer questions about products or services,
sending postal mail, providing investor information and processing data.
● Such disclosure is made to companies who may provide such services to Intern Pursuit.
We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service,

● Intern Pursuit may provide such information when Intern Pursuit believes in good faith

we will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Moreover, as noted
above, if you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer by
not using that particular service. We retain Personal Data about you for as long as you have an
open account with us or for 13 months after you close your account. In some cases we retain
Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve
disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or
regulation. Afterwards, we retain some information in a depersonalized or aggregated form but
not in a way that would identify you personally. Finally, we are not responsible for removing or
suppressing information from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared
your PII, or limiting their use of your PII.
Do We Protect Financial Information Collected on Our Websites?

Pursuit Account Information and Intern Pursuit profile are password protected; however, Intern
Pursuit does not presently use encryption technology for passwords, registration, or other
information. Further, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not send us sensitive information through email. We
strongly recommend that you sign out of your Intern Pursuit account and close your browser
window when you have finished your work or viewing of Intern Pursuit websites. This is to
ensure that others cannot access your account by using your computer when you are away
from it.
Because of the global nature of the World Wide Web and the Internet, when you give us
information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where
you originally entered the information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can
be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Since Intern Pursuit websites do not use security encryption
measures, information that you disclose by use of this site (as with any site that is non-secure),
by posting a message or using e-mail, potentially could be collected and used by others. This
may result in unsolicited messages from third parties or use of such information by third parties
for their own purposes, legal or illegal.
As a result, although Intern Pursuit strives to protect your personal information, Intern Pursuit
cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our services,
and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we use reasonable efforts
to ensure its security on our systems.

you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you

laws where you reside. By using Intern Pursuit’s services, you acknowledge that any Personal
Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being
provided to Intern Pursuit in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize
Intern Pursuit to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly
other countries. You hereby consent to the transfer of your data to the U.S. pursuant to the
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
What else should I know about my privacy?
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose information online, that information
is accessible to other customers and users. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for
maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information. Please be careful
and responsible whenever you are online. When you or Intern Pursuit end your customer
relationship with us, we will treat the information we have about you as if you were still our
customer.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, including, but not limited to, any section,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word, or the application thereof in any circumstance is held illegal,
invalid, void, or invalid the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to render it
enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible in order to effect the intention of the
provision and the validity of the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and
shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Spirit of This Policy
Intern Pursuit's policies set forth rules and procedures designed to guide Members and the
potential conflicts that may arise while conducting business with Intern Pursuit and other
Members.
Intern Pursuit holds each party responsible for their own actions and requires that they are
aware of, understand, and adhere to all of Intern Pursuit rules, policies, and procedures. Any
Member who claims that they are unaware of a particular policy is still accountable for their
actions.
DISCRIMINATION
Intern Pursuit does not discriminate
Every service that Intern Pursuit offers is provided without regard to race, color, gender, national
origin, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Intern Pursuit complies with the Americans with
Disabilities Act; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Age Discrimination in Employment
Act; and other federal, state, and local prohibitions against discrimination. Discrimination in any
form is prohibited by Intern Pursuit, including any action described in the discrimination laws
above.
Intern Pursuit requires its Members to not discriminate
Intern Pursuit advises all of its customers and recipients of any of its services that recruiters, as
well as their client companies, are obligated to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act;
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; and other
federal, state, and local prohibitions against discrimination.
Persons using information distributed by Intern Pursuit
Intern Pursuit is not the originator of any candidate or job order information. All information put
into the Intern Pursuit system is the sole property and sole responsibility of the persons
supplying the information to Intern Pursuit. Intern Pursuit simply distributes
the information with which it is supplied. Due to the large volume of information that Intern
Pursuit receives, Intern Pursuit is unable to verify if the information being distributed is either
factual or non-discriminatory in nature. All persons (recruiters, counselors, researchers,
academic partners, client companies, candidates, students, gamers, sponsors, etc.) using any
information collected and distributed by Intern Pursuit agree to use the information in a manner
which does not violate any employment discrimination laws.
Intern Pursuit software provides its customers with the ability to screen in and screen out
candidates and job orders which are applicable to their hiring needs due to the large volume of
information passing through the system. Members using Intern Pursuit system understand that
the parameters used in any computerized screening capabilities offered by Intern Pursuit are
completely controlled by them (and not by Intern Pursuit), and they are solely responsible to not
use Intern Pursuit screening capabilities to discriminate.
Intern Pursuit game provides its customers with the ability to play our game, purchase
upgrades, and game packages through Steam. Members using Intern Pursuit Game understand
the parameters used in any online marketplace offered by Intern Pursuit and any game
marketplace providers are completely controlled by them (and not by Intern Pursuit) and they
are solely responsible to not play the Intern Pursuit Game.
Intern Pursuit Members agree that they are solely responsible for their actions if they provide or
use information to Intern Pursuit which contains discriminatory content, which uses any
information collected and distributed by Intern Pursuit in a discriminatory manner, or which uses
any Intern Pursuit computerized screening capabilities in a nature which violates any
employment discrimination laws. Any such customer shall indemnify and hold Intern Pursuit
harmless from all fees, attorney's fees, costs, claims, expenses, and liabilities incurred as a
result of the customer's failure to comply with any such applicable law or regulations.
