1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and COREGAME Studios LLC (“COREGAME Studios,” “We,” or “Us”), governing your use of the video game Beyond Solar (the “Game”), including all related software, updates, content, and materials, regardless of platform (Steam, mobile, or others).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, COREGAME Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may:
• Install and use the Game on your personal devices.
• Stream or create gameplay videos for non-commercial or monetized content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) provided that you credit Beyond Solar and COREGAME Studios.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Game except as expressly allowed.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission from COREGAME Studios.
• Circumvent protection measures or license verification systems.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your license.
• Use cheats, automation tools, bots, or hacks that affect gameplay integrity.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game—including art, music, code, characters, storylines, and trademarks—remain the exclusive property of COREGAME Studios LLC. This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights.
5. Updates and Modifications
COREGAME Studios may update or modify the Game at any time to improve gameplay, fix bugs, or add content. Updates may occur automatically or require manual installation. Continued use of the Game after updates means you accept these changes.
6. Online Features
Some features, such as online play or leaderboards, require an internet connection. COREGAME Studios may disable or change these services at any time without notice.
7. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
If you create or upload content related to Beyond Solar (e.g., mods, artwork, videos), you retain ownership but grant COREGAME Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content in connection with the Game and its community.
8. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. COREGAME Studios may terminate your license at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Game.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume all risks associated with using the Game.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COREGAME Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of such damages.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
