End-User License Agreement (EULA) for BLOCKLORDS
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between the user and METAKINGSTUDIOS, sole "Licensor" for the use of the BLOCKLORDS software and any related materials, including, but not limited to, manuals, guides, and documentation, assets, art, specific mechanics, classes, etc (collectively, the "Game").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes one any Device that is compatible with the requirements necessary to run it.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a. Copy or reproduce the Game, except for personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game, this will be trialed and treated as copyright infringement.
c. Reverse engineer, decompile,recompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game for any commercial purposes.
d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on, of or in the Game. Any alteration that results in profits or commercial activities will be trialed to the fullest extent of the law in an Estonian court of law, based on Estonian reglementations.
OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game and any and all copies thereof are owned by Licensor, METAKING STUDIO
The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties, including APAC, EU and US regions.
UPDATES AND PATCHES
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Game after any such update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
TERMINATION
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must destroy all copies of the Game in Your possession.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Estonia.
By downloading, installing or using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in perpetuity, for all the period of usage.
