end user license agreement
PolymationGames (the "Circle") and the user of the Product (the "Customer") agree as follows with respect to the "Yui -The Forgotten Girl-" (the "Software") to be provided with this Agreement.
By using this software, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
If you are unable to agree, you may not use this software. Stop using this software and discard it immediately.
The use of this software shall be governed by the laws of Japan and is licensed only to those who can comply with them.
(Right to use)
1. You may install and use the Software only on one (1) computer.
2. You may install and use the Software on another computer on the condition that you do not use the Software at the same time if the user is limited to a specific person.
(Prohibition of transfer, lending, etc.)
You may not transfer (buy, sell, give, or exchange) or lend the right to use the Software set forth in (Right to Use) to any third party without the prior written approval of the Circle.
Customers are not allowed to rent, pseudo-rental, or trade in used products of this product.
(Prohibition of Changes to the Software)
You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise modify the Software for any reason.

The Circle shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of this software.
