YoloMic END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before installing, using, or handling YoloMic. By installing, using, or handling YoloMic, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
YoloMic here means Software, image files, all accompanying files, data, and materials received with your order or download of YoloMic.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License Agreement, then do not install or use YoloMic.
This License Agreement is subject to change without prior notice.
YoloMic and all associated content are licensed. Dragonrise Games LLC will retain ownership and all rights to YoloMic and associated content. YoloMic is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat YoloMic like any other copyrighted material.
Dragonrise Games LLC is the owner of the copyright of YoloMic. All of its derivatives, title and accompanying materials are the exclusive property of Dragonrise Games LLC. All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License Agreement, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Dragonrise Games LLC. You may not rent, lease, transfer, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on YoloMic. You may not make access to YoloMic available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use YoloMic in a business to provide file compression, decompression, or conversion services to others. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by Dragonrise Games LLC herein.
You may not disclose to other persons the data or techniques relating to YoloMic that you know or should know that it is a trade secret of Dragonrise Games LLC in any manner that will cause damage to Dragonrise Games LLC.
YoloMic, all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user must assume all risk of using YoloMic. In addition, in no event does Dragonrise Games LLC authorize you to use YoloMic in applications or systems where YoloMic's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Dragonrise Games LLC harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
Dragonrise Games LLC reserves the right to update, change or withdraw YoloMic features in its sole discretion.
Dragonrise Games LLC shall bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, cost, or injury you may suffer as a consequence of using YoloMic. In no event shall Dragonrise Games LLC, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, direct, indirect or any other damages whatsoever relating to the use of YoloMic (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use YoloMic.
This License Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.
