This contains the rules ("End User License Agreement") which protect Elite Tanks (JAR GAMES GAME) assets, scripts, and images. You are not forced to agree to the EULA, but if you do not agree you must not purchase, download, steal assets, or play the game.
If any of the rules listed below are broken, you will be contacted by a legal team.
If the user has agreed to the EULA the user can:
- Play the game
- Record, post, and share images of the game
- Post gameplay footage or stream on a platform which contains ads
- Use the tools that are DELIBERATELY made available.
If the user has agreed to the EULA the user cannot:
- Resell, make copies, or share the game with other people in any shape or form
- Modify game files in any way
- Modify the game to gain an advantage
- Sell/distribute cheats online or in person
- Commercialize any of the content/assets within Elite Tanks
- IF the JAR GAMES release tools in/for our game later down the line, those tools must not be used for creating anything that might symbolize anything racial, homosexual, sexist, dishonest, illegal, pornographic, or hateful.
- Creating or developing cheats for the game
Every user of Elite Tanks should be familiar with these rules and make sure that they understand them so they don't break those rules above. If any of those rules above were to be broken, or the developer (JAR GAMES) feels threatened by your doing, you're subject to face legal action. If you're to face legal action, you will be ordered to compensate JAR GAMES for damages, legal, and other expenses.
PRIVACY
Any personal information obtained of a user, by JAR GAMES, will not be used unless authorized by the user/owner of that personal information OR the information is critical for an investigation. Then and only then will that information be given out by JAR GAMES if needed.
Below are ways we collect information and how we get that information in particular so the user is in the know of what data we're give/collect.
- Your information may be stored at servers being used by JAR GAMES but also those of Steam. Servers used by JAR GAMES are third party so keep this in mind when playing our game as we don't have 100% control of/to what happens to our servers. That means that your data could be subject to breached and would be out of our control and we take no responsibility if anything like that were to happen. Just know that when using ONLINE services for Elite Tanks, your information can be taken from the third party and what they do with it is not JAR GAMES responsibility.
- Some of the information we get from you is given to use automatically made from when you make the purchase of Elite Tanks. After that, we keep the data only to assist you later down the line, if assistance is not needed that information will remain confidential.
Agreeing with the EULA you have agreed that you know that the internet is NOT 100% secure and your data is subject to being breached, looked at, and used by someone other than JAR GAMES, who wishes to do harm.
TERMINATION
This EULA can be terminated by either the user or JAR GAMES as anyone pleases. If the EULA is to be terminated you must uninstall the game and remove it from your steam account. This means that if the EULA becomes terminated you will no longer be able to play the game. Everything regarding Elite Tanks that you have under your possession must be handed over back to JAR GAMES. Liability and Privacy will continue to apply even after the EULA has been terminated.
LIABILITY
This EULA does not limit your rights which which may not be excluded under law. Regardless of any other terms presented in this EULA:
- JAR GAMES liability is not excluded or limited if you were to pursue personal injury or death.
- If the game is faulty upon delivery, it shall be repaired or replaced by JAR GAMES
- If the game somehow damages your device, you're to turn in the device to JAR GAMES for investigation and if the fault is to be the game, you will be compensated accordingly. If the fault is yours, you shall not to pursue any legal action or keep contacting JAR GAMES about the issue.
- If we cannot repair/replace the game within a reasonable amount of time, you're allowed to contact JAR GAMES for a partial or full refund (to be decided by JAR GAMES).
JAR GAMES liability is limited to what you have paid to receive Elite Tanks. We do not make any promises that any following UPDATES/DLCs will be working 100% as they're launched. JAR GAMES will try to resolve issues, regarding UPDATES/DLCs, quickly and efficiently if UPDATES/DLCs are causing numerous problems. You're not allowed to issue a refund from us directly and should all be done through the steam rules of the two HOURS or less rule. If you're to pass the two hours we cannot do anything regarding a refund and will make no attempt to do so. If this game at any state is in early access (whether that be the current build or builds that are released to the public for testing) please know that there will be issues. If you find issues report it to JAR GAMES as soon as possible for inspection and JAR GAMES will try their best to work it out.
OTHER
This EULA does not affect any rights you have under law. Nothing listed in the EULA is allowed to change those rights you have under law. If a new EULA is released and you've not updated your EULA agreement, then you're still under the previous EULA rules. Please keep in mind once more that this EULA is subject to change due to the nature of law and also to protect the players/users of Elite Tanks and also the assets/contents of Elite Tanks.
