1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and 6ft6 ("Company" or "we") for the use of Whites This ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this EULA. You may install and use the Software on a single device owned or controlled by you.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful or illegal activity.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
