End-User License Agreement for Giggle Horse Games LLC. Software

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, “The User”) and the manufacturer ("Software Manufacturer") of the Giggle Horse Games LLC. software product(s) identified above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes computer software, the associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, Giggle Horse Games LLC. will not license the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you. In such event, you may not use or copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Giggle Horse Games LLC. your use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. If you do not agree to this license agreement, you must not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and must remove all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your possession.
Use of registered SOFTWARE
Subject to the terms in this license agreement, you are hereby licensed to use this software for more than one computer at a time. You are allowed to make as many copies of this software as you like. This software product may be shared or used concurrently on different computers.
The “Absolute Zero.exe” file may be distributed freely as a whole, but may not be disassembled, reverse engineered, or altered in any form.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
The user assumes the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
