1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the Progress Program (hereinafter the Developers) and the user of the Cold Winter Morning computer game (the “Game”) hosted on the Steam gaming platform.

Any use of materials and components of the Game (text, graphics, any other data in audio or visual form) posted at the above address means that the user has read, understood, and agrees to the terms of the Agreement below, agrees to comply with them and be responsible for their violation .

The administration provides the Player with the opportunity to use the Game around the clock.

The user guarantees that his age is at least 18 full years, he is not subject to legislative restrictions on the use of online services, he has all the necessary powers to conclude this Agreement or received the necessary permission in the form required by law from his parents or legal representatives.


The developers are not responsible for any injuries or other damage of any kind, bodily or mental, after the game.
