End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Sliding Puzzle Collection ("Game Software").
By downloading or using the Game Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use this Game Software.
License
-------
Random Box Studio grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to download, install and use the Game Software solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
------------
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
(a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Game Software or make the Game Software available to any third party.
(b) copy or use the Game Software for any purpose other than as permitted under the above section ("License").
(c) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Game Software.
Modifications to Software
-------------------------
Random Box Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Game Software or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Random Box Studio may provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Game Software, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates").
Updates may modify or delete certain features of the Game Software. You agree that Random Box Studio has no obligation to:
(i) provide any Updates.
(ii) continue to provide or enable any particular feature of the Game Software.
You further agree that all Updates will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Term and Termination
--------------------
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Random Box Studio.
Random Box Studio may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Random Box Studio, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Game Software and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Game Software and delete all copies of the Game Software from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Liability
---------
Random Box Studio does not warrant that the operation of the Game Software will be uninterrupted or error free or that errors can be corrected. You install and use the Game Software at your own risk and in no event will Random Box Studio be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind, including lost profits or other consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Random Box Studio or from errors or deficiencies in it whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Random Box Studio excludes liability for all warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.
Severability
------------
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
----------------------------
Random Box Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material Random Box Studio will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the sole discretion of Random Box Studio.
Governing Law
-------------
The Game Software is the intellectual property of Random Box Studio, a Canadian business.
This License is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and by installing the Game Software you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian Courts.
Your use of the Game Software may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
