1. General provisions.

1.1. This Agreement covers the CyberFight Challenge game (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") posted by the Licensor on the Steam Internet resource under the respective agreement with Valve Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner").

1.2. An integral part of the Agreement is the "Rules of the Game", and in case the User is provided with the software necessary for the User's participation in the Game - such integral part is the "License Agreement". In the aggregate these documents are the full text of the User Agreement, which defines the relationship between the User and the Licensee.

1.3 Exclusive property rights to the Game belong to the Owner of Nordville Technology LTD. The Title Holder has the right to use the Game in the territory of certain countries (hereinafter referred to as the "Territory") in accordance with the applicable laws of the Territory.
User may not use any components of the Game outside the Game and the gameplay without written consent of the Licensor.

1.4. The User understands, agrees and accepts the terms and conditions that all rights to use the Game, including any components of the Game, including without limitation - game characters, game items and accessories, graphics, photos, animations, video images, video clips, sound recordings, sound effects, music, text content of the Game and other components of the Game, belong to the Rightholder, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Agreement or in the Game itself.

The User understands, accepts and agrees that any element of the Game, in particular any game characters, is a component of the Game, with a certain set of features and capabilities in the Game. Despite the fact that the User during the gameplay and participation in the Game is allowed to manage game characters, it can under no circumstances be considered as a transfer and / or assignment of ownership in respect of this game character from the Rightholder to the User, as can not be considered such management of the character in the Game as the authorship of the User in respect of the game character and / or co-authorship of the User and the Rightholder in respect of the game character.

The User guarantees that he has all powers to conclude this Agreement. If the User has not reached the age of majority, he guarantees that he has obtained the necessary permission in the form required by law from his parents or other legal representatives.

The User guarantees that he has been provided with information about the minimum requirements for the hardware and software required to use the Game. The User confirms that they are aware of these requirements and have the necessary hardware and software to use the Game.

1.5. Terms used in this Agreement:

The Game is an interactive online computer game that is a program for a personal computer. The Game is posted on the Rights Holder's Resources. Administration and maintenance of the Game, as well as provision of access to the Game by Users shall be performed by the Licensor or other persons on the basis of a written agreement with the Licensor.

The participation of the Users in the Game shall be performed in the interactive (online) mode by means of connecting the User via the World Wide Web to the Resources of the Right Holder, and by means of installing the client part of the Game on the User's personal computer.

The Game User is a natural person participating in the Game and being the ultimate recipient of Services and Additional Services.

Services - providing the Right Holder of the User with access to participate in the Game, use of its features and services on the terms and conditions defined by this Agreement, ensuring the gameplay. The Title Holder provides Services to the User only during the User's participation in the Game.

The client part of the Game is the software necessary for the participation of the User in the Game, obtained by the Rights Holder. The client part of the Game is installed by the User on their personal computer. The client part of the Game is a program for personal computer, the exclusive property rights to which belong to the Licensor.

Rules of the Game - Appendix to the User Agreement, which regulates the rules of participation and behavior of the User in the Game, restrictions on the User's actions in the Game. Compliance with the Rules of the Game is a necessary condition for the User to participate in the Game, as well as for the User to receive Services. The Rules of the Game may be changed by the Right Holder at any time without prior notice. The Title Holder shall notify the User of such changes by publishing the information on the Game website and/or Steam Resources. The User's continued participation in the Game after the changes in the Rules of the Game shall be deemed to be the consent of the User to such changes.

2. Subject of Agreement

2.1 The Licensor offers an unlimited circle of persons access to the Game and the Licensor's Services within the Game on the terms of this Agreement.

A natural person who wishes to access the Game, from the moment of acceptance (acceptance) of this Agreement, is a User of the Game, has the rights and performs the duties stipulated by this Agreement.

2.2. Duties of the Right Holder

2.2.1. Under the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, to provide an opportunity for the User to participate in the Game, to ensure the gameplay and to receive Services of the Rights Holder.

2.2.2 Notify the User by publishing the information on the Game resource and/or Steam resource about the changes in the terms and conditions of the present Agreement.

2.2.3. To provide the User with an opportunity to receive (download) the Client part of the Game via the Internet from the Game website or Partner websites, as well as via other media, if the game process of the given Game requires the Client part.

2.3. Rights of the Right Holder

2.3.1. At any time, including the period of beta-testing (test operation of the Game), unilaterally at any time convenient for the Rightholder to limit, expand, change or stop providing Services without prior notice to the User.

2.3.2. Manage the Game and game processes and change them at its discretion. At any time to suspend or change the course of the gameplay and the Game conditions without prior notice to the User.

2.3.3. To change, delete any information posted by the User on the Game Resources at any time, including statements and/or announcements of the User.

2.3.4. Suspend, limit and/or terminate provision of the Services to the User at any time on the terms and conditions of the present Agreement, including in case of the User's non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the present Agreement and/or if the Rightholder has grounds to suspect the User's misuse of the data. In addition, the Rightholder is entitled to warn the User about its violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, publish comments to the User in the Game resource, including in the respective Game, indicating the name of the User, and/or temporarily or permanently block the User's access to the Game, or terminate (cancel) the Agreement. Notice of termination of the Agreement shall be sent to the User via e-mail from the address of the Right Holder info@nordvilletech.com to the address of the User specified in the account.

In case of a long period of inactivity of the User, the Title Holder has the right to cancel the User's account.

2.3.5 Sending to Users both independently and with the involvement of third parties messages of information or technical nature, including messages related to the Game (hereinafter referred to as Messages) The User agrees to receive such Messages and agrees that such messages are not spam.

By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the User agrees to receive Messages that are thus considered to be pre-ordered by the User. The User has the right to suspend the receipt of such Messages in the manner provided by the paragraph. 2.5.1. of the Agreement.

2.3.6. Warn, notify and inform Users about non-observance by Users of the Game Rules or other terms of this Agreement. The instructions of the Rightholder are binding on the User.

2.3.7. To change, supplement, modify the Game, any of its parts, including the Client part of the Game, at any time without any prior notice to User. Thus, the User can only participate in the Game in its current version.

2.3.8. To take steps required by law in force in the Republic of Malta and/or international law to protect its rights in relation to the Game.

2.3.9. In the event of suspension, restriction or termination of the provision of Services to the User, restore the Services provided to the User on the terms of early unlocking of the User's game account.

2.4. Limitations of liability of the Rights Holder

2.4.1 The User uses the Steam resource, the Game, including the Client part of the Game, at his/her own risk. The User himself/herself is responsible for the compatibility and serviceability of the software and hardware of his/her own personal computer.

2.4.2 The Right Holder is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the User.

2.4.3 The Title Holder is not responsible for the User's statements made or published in the Steam Resources. The Title Holder is not responsible for the User's behavior on the Resources of the Title Holder, including the behavior, nature and ideology of the game characters controlled by the User, actions of the game characters in the Game, disrespectful attitude towards other Users of the Game and the game characters controlled by them.

2.4.4. The rightholder is not responsible for the loss of access to his game account - User account in the Game (loss of login, password, other information necessary for the participation of the User in the Game).

2.4.5. The Right Holder is not responsible for the incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect specification of his data by the User when creating an account of the User on the site of the Right Holder.

2.4.6. The Right Holder is not responsible for the availability of the User's access to the Internet, for the quality of the Internet providers' services with which the Users have concluded agreements on the provision of the Internet access services.

2.4.7. The Title Holder is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the User or other third parties, which occurred as a result:

• use or inability to use the Steam Resources;
  
• unauthorized access of any third parties to the User's personal information, including the User's account, User's personal account in the Game;
  
• statement or behavior of any third party on the Steam Resources.

2.4.9. The Title Holder does not guarantee that:

• The Game will meet the requirements of the User;
  
• The Game process in the Steam Resources, as well as the Services, will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably, and without error;
  
• The results that can be obtained by using the Services of the Game and/or the Services will be error-free;
  
• The quality of the gameplay, any Service, or information obtained through the use of the Game service provided in the Steam Website will meet the expectations of the User.

2.4.10. The Title Holder is not obliged to provide the User with any evidence proving the User's violation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as a result of which the User was refused to provide the Services or the scope of such Services of the User was reduced and/or limited.

2.5.Rights and Duties of the User

2.5.1 The User has the right, subject to the conditions of this Agreement:

• have access to the Steam Resource, including the Game and the Internet site of the Game https://world-of-cfc.com ;
  
• If necessary to use the Game, obtain (download) the Client part of the Game from the Steam Resources or other resources permitted by this Agreement on a non-repayable basis;
  
• participate in contests, quizzes, promotions conducted by the Licensor and related to the Game in the manner provided by the terms of such contests, quizzes, promotions;
  
• apply to the Licensor with requests related to the conclusion and execution of this Agreement.
  
• to suspend the receipt of the Messages by performing the following actions: to go to the link indicated in each such Message and choose the option to refuse to receive the Messages.

2.5.2. The User is obliged:

• comply with the terms of this Agreement, including the Rules of the Game and the License Agreement, without any restrictions;
  
• at the moment of registration in the Game on the Steam Resources, specify the reliable information;
  
• provide the Rightholder with information on all future changes in its registration data, including but not limited to changes of the e-mail address;
  
• not to violate the intellectual property rights of the Rightholder in relation to the Game and/or any component of the Game and/or the Steam Site;
  
• take the appropriate measures to ensure the security of its accounts in the Game, passwords and prevent the unauthorized use of these accounts by third parties; in case the User has the grounds to believe that the third parties have received this information or may receive it, it must immediately inform the Rightholder and change its data or request the Rightholder to do so;
  
• follow the instructions of the Rights Holder, in particular, if such instructions are given by the Rights Holder to the User or a group of Users in the news section of the Game website. If a User fails to comply with such instructions of the Rights Holder, the latter shall have the right to suspend, limit or stop providing Services to such User or group of Users;
  
• at the request of the Licensor, provide their personal data, including surname, first name, patronymic and contact details;
  
• to confirm to the Title Holder when requesting the accuracy of the User's data, including personal data;
  
• to guarantee that he has all necessary powers to conclude this Agreement. If the User has not reached the age of 16+, he is obliged to obtain the necessary permission in the form required by law from his parents or legal representatives.
  
• Other rights of the Rights Holder and obligations of the User are stipulated in the Rules of the Game, the License Agreement, as well as in Section 2.6 "Additional Paid Services" of this Agreement.

2.7. Final Provisions

2.7.1. The User is solely responsible for the use of the Game in the territory of his/her country in accordance with local laws.

2.7.2. The user agrees, understands and accepts that the Game is not a gambling game, gambling for money, contest, betting and participation in the Game and the gameplay is his will and desire.

2.7.3. This Agreement may be amended by the Licensor without any prior notice. Any changes in the Agreement, made unilaterally by the Licensor, come into force on the day following the day of publication of such changes in the Game and/or on the Steam website.

The User undertakes to independently check the Agreement for any changes. The failure of the User to take actions to read the Agreement and/or the amended version of the Agreement shall not serve as a basis for the User's failure to fulfill their obligations and the User's failure to comply with the restrictions set by the Agreement.

2.7.4. Invalidity of one or several provisions of the Agreement recognized in the established order by a court decision does not entail for the Parties invalidity of the Agreement as a whole. In case of invalidity of one or more provisions of the Agreement in the prescribed manner, the Parties undertake to perform the obligations assumed under the Agreement as close as possible to the implied Parties in the conclusion and / or agreed modification of the Agreement.

2.7.5 The User agrees that the Right Holder may and is entitled to request, collect and store, subject to the provisions and in cases stipulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Malta.

The User agrees that such information as IP address, browser type, access time and other information identifying the User will be automatically transferred to the Licensor by the User's computer and stored on the server of the Licensor.

2.7.6. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the User confirms that he or she is legally capable and capable of concluding this Agreement. The User guarantees that the equipment used by them is sufficient and in good condition to use the Game.

2.7.7 With regard to the form of conclusion of this Agreement, the legislation of the country of the Owner of Exclusive Property Rights - the Republic of Malta - shall apply, namely, the regulations governing the procedure and conditions for entering into a public contract. The User may not violate the local laws of the country of residence. The User is solely responsible for its failure to comply with such rules.

2.7.8. The Agreement in matters and conditions not stipulated in this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the country of the Exclusive Property Rights Holder.

2.7.9. All disputes between the parties under this Agreement shall be settled by correspondence and negotiations with the used pre-trial (claim) procedure, and in case of impossibility to reach an agreement between the parties by negotiations, the dispute consideration can be transferred by any interested party to the court of general jurisdiction at the location of the Rights Holder.



This document is an Appendix to the User Agreement and regulates the rules of participation and conduct of the User in the Game, restrictions on the User's actions in the Game, as well as the User's responsibility for failure to comply with such rules and restrictions, the rights of the Right Holder to apply measures determined by the User Agreement to the User and the conditions of application of such measures. Compliance with the Game Rules is a necessary condition for the User to participate in the Game, as well as for the User to receive Services and Additional Services.

The Rules of the Game apply both in the Game and on the Steam website, including the forums of the Game.

These Rules of Use govern the conduct of Users in the Game and on the official Steam website, including the Game forums. The Rules of Conduct are designed to make the experience in the Game World as enjoyable as possible for each User. Failure to comply with the Rules of Conduct may result in the blocking or removal of player account without refund to the User (if any).

1. Signing up for the Game

1.1. The registration of the User is a necessary condition to participate in the Game, to receive other Services provided by the Licensor.

1.2. The registration is allowed only for natural persons. Only individual individuals are accepted as authorized users (not groups, families, spouses, etc.). If the User is underage, he/she confirms that by sending the registration request, the consent of legal representatives has been received.

1.3. When registering, the User must provide the User's name in the Game and a registered email address. The User's name in the Game must not infringe upon the rights of third parties and must conform to generally accepted moral principles. In this case, the e-mail address and/or the Resource address may not be the User's name in the Game. The User may have only one active account (account) in the Game on each certain Resource (server). Also, when registering in the Game, the User shall use the corresponding language of the Resource (the language of the corresponding language zone).

1.4. Upon successful registration, the User may create and independently manage the account.

1.5. Under no circumstances may the User use the login data of another User, if the rules of the Game do not provide special exclusions.

1.6. User may only use one account in the Game. Multiplayer accounts may be deleted or blocked at any time at the discretion of the Licensor.

2. General terms and conditions

2.1. User - The Account Holder has no right to transfer the password to other Users of the Game, except for transfer of the password to a physical person who is not a User of the Game.
The User who has transferred the password is responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and its annexes.

2.2. The maximum number of Users who can play from one computer is 1 (one), or 2 (two) unregistered users with limited access to the Game resources.

3. Transfer of the resource:

3.1. Each account should only be used for its own success, not for the use of another User.
It is forbidden to transfer a resource between players who share a computer, between a deputy and the one being replaced.

3.2. Through the various means of communication provided by the Game (including, but not limited to, discussion forums, mail, chat rooms, blogs, guest books, etc., as well as in the commentary function), the User may publish their own content on the Internet sites of the Rights Holder. In this respect, the Licensor provides only technical means for exchanging information. The User assumes responsibility for its content of such information and undertakes to fully protect the Licensor from any claims and proceedings of third parties.

3.3. The Title Holder is not responsible for the content of the information entered by the User. The User grants the Title Holder the right to use the content of the information left by the User.

3.4. The Title Holder notes that the Title Holder does not have an active system for tracking the sent content, but instead random checks are performed.

In addition, every user has the possibility to inform the Licensor about the suspicion of illegal content.

4. Tournament mode rules

4.1 Round Robin
Number of participants: min. 4 players max. 20 players. If less than the minimum number of players have registered for a tournament, such a tournament is canceled.
In this tournament, each participant of the tournament must meet each other during the fight. The order of players' participation will be determined by the time of registration to the tournament. According to the results of each fight the participant is awarded a certain number of points. The participant who scored the greatest number of points as a result of all matches is considered the winner. In case of equality of points between two or several participants, the winner is determined in accordance with the regulations on the tournament. For the distribution of places in case of equal number of points, the additional Berger coefficient is applied.

4.2 Olympic system

In this tournament system, the participant leaves the tournament after the first loss of one match.
In tournaments of this system an even number of players takes part. In the first round all boxers are ordered by rating. If the rating is the same, the next sign is the number of victories, then the alphabet. Pairs are composed according to the principle: the first from the upper half of the table with the first from the lower half, the second - with the second, and so on. In each round of participants are made up pairs playing among themselves.
The participant who won the final bout, becomes the winner. Draw in games of this system is impossible. Winning is determined by the referee's account. If the score is equal, the following conditions apply:
- the winner is determined by the last blow (who struck, he won),
- in case there are no hits at all, the victory is awarded randomly without rating.
"Swiss system"
Number of participants: min. 7 players max. 1024 players. If less than the minimum number of players have registered for a tournament, such a tournament is canceled.
The tournament is held without drop out.
In each round, starting with the second one, pairs of opponents are selected so that participants who have scored an equal number of points meet each other.

In the first round, all boxers are ordered by rating. Pairs are formed according to the principle: the first from the upper half of the table with the first from the lower half, the second - with the second, and so on. If the number of players is odd, the player with the last number gets a point without playing.
In the following rounds, all players shall be divided into groups with the same number of points scored. Thus, after the first round of groups will be three: winners, losers and draws. If the group has an odd number of players, one player shall be transferred to the next point group.
Opponents for the next round are made up of one point group in the same way as in the first round, the rating principle (the best boxer from the upper half of the group if possible meets with the best boxer from the lower half of this group). At the same time, however, it is not allowed that the same pair participates in the tournament more than one match. With an odd number of opponents, a boxer who has the last number in the last point group (from those who have not yet received a point for a pass), gets a point without a fight.
Places in the tournament are distributed according to the accumulated number of points.
The participants with the equal number of points are distributed according to the Buchholz's coefficient, which is determined as a sum of points, gained by all competitors of the given player in the tournament.

For all types of Tournaments in case of the same result:
In the case where the boxers have the same number of points and used other protocols for assigning places for an equal result, the organizer has the right to determine the stronger player himself.

5. Restrictions for Users of the Game:

5.1. The User must comply with all rules and restrictions established by these Rules, the License Agreement and the User Agreement.

5.2. The User must respect the right of other Users to participate in the Game and cannot create situations where the rights of other Users in the Game may be violated and/or restricted by their actions.

5.3. The User is forbidden to intentionally perform any actions that hinder or make impossible the access to the Game for other Users, as well as the intentional commission of any actions that hinder or make impossible the performance of their duties by the Administration, the creation of deliberate interference in the Game for other Users, not provided for by the available gameplay.

5.4. The User can not under any circumstances: hack / try to hack into software components and / or intercept data coming to or from the server, create or use fraudulent methods, hacking and software products of third parties that can change the results of the Game, use software that provides "data mining" other Users or otherwise interferes with the collection of information relating to the Game. Other actions with such effect are also FORBIDDEN. Users are prohibited from distributing or intentionally obtaining information that allows access to Users' accounts in the Game or on the website of the Game. Users are forbidden to distribute links to third-party resources containing such information, as well as to use the information enabling to get access to other Users' accounts in the Game or the Game resource.

5.5. Users are prohibited from any modification, modification, decompilation, sale, distribution of the modified materials of the Game in whole or in part; use of software errors, changes in the program code, obtaining unauthorized access to the server and database of the Game. In some cases, the Right Holder has the right to immediately suspend the User's access to the Game and apply to the internal affairs authorities for consideration in the actions of the violator of the presence or absence of crimes under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Cyprus or other similar laws of the countries where the violator resides.

5.6. The User is forbidden in the Game to perform the following actions with any in-game object, value, Service, game payment means without special personal permission of the Right Holder:

• exchange any in-game objects, valuables, Services, game payment means for non-game valuables;
  
• sale of the Services outside the Game and/or for non-game valuables, including cash;
  
• purchase of the Services for non-contractual valuables, including cash;
  
• disseminating information about the User's intent to do so, whether by the User or by any third party.

5.7. The User is forbidden to create and use in the Game bots (game characters that are controlled by the program), other programs, any technical and/or other means to emulate the User's actions in the Game.

5.8. Users are not allowed to use any in-game errors and errors of any related software in the Game. The User who discovered such errors in the Game shall inform the Licensor or Partner about it.

5.9. The User is also forbidden to publish or distribute messages on the Internet sites of the Licensor, including information, including, but not limited to communication means, messages that:

• violate the intellectual property rights of third parties;
  
• contain "letters of happiness" or schemes of financial pyramids;
  
• can be taken as messages from the Licensor;
  
• contain personal data of other Users and/or third parties;
  
• are advertising, including the reproduction in the Game of any links to the Internet pages, without prior consent of the Licensor.

Users are forbidden to spread rumors, slander about the Licensor, other Users, the Game in general, information that defames the business reputation of the Licensor.

Users are forbidden to spam (newsletters and announcements that are not related to the gameplay), flooding (repeated repetition, reproduction, copying, etc. information) in any type of chat rooms of the Game.

5.10. Users are forbidden to use any obscene, offensive, provocative or not provided for by the Game words and symbols in any form in names or descriptions of characters and other game objects, use any obscene, offensive, provocative or not provided for by the Game words and symbols in names or descriptions of associations of Players registered in the Game (for example, guilds).

5.11. Users are prohibited from using in the gameplay profanity, insults, threats of violence or physical violence, drug advertisements, pornographic materials or third-party resources that contain these materials in the public domain, propaganda of intolerance towards racial, national, religious, cultural, ideological, sexual, linguistic or political affiliation, including Nazism, fascism, fanaticism, terrorism. Everything mentioned in this paragraph is prohibited to use by Users in the gameplay, even if it is written with missing letters and/or words and/or replacement of certain words/letters with any signs and/or transliteration, including the Latin alphabet.

5.12. Users are prohibited from publishing or downloading files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files or data or other similar software that may damage the Game or disrupt the operation of other people's computers.

5.13. Users are not allowed to create character names, player association names, or other insignia indicating that they belong to the Licensor or its partners.

5.14. The User may not violate the local laws of the country of residence of which he is. The user is responsible for his own failure to comply with such rules.

6. Final provisions:

6.1. The rightholder independently decides what is considered a violation of these Rules of the Game.

6.2. In case of violation of the Game Rules by the User, the Licensor shall have the right to apply the following penalties:

• restrict the use of in-game mail by the User ;
  
• forcibly rename the character, association of players, in-game objects;
  
• Withdraw items, in-game currency and other in-game valuables;
  
• restrict, suspend or terminate access to the account completely;
  
• delete characters or accounts (account);
  
• termination of the Agreement.

In addition, the sanctions set by the Partner can be applied.

Unless otherwise stated by the Partner, in case of the User's admission of guilt and consent to further careful compliance with these Rules, the Right Holder has the right to impose a fine for early unlocking of the account, and the Right Holder has the right to refuse the early unlocking without giving any reasons.

THE START OF THE GAME MEANS THE USER'S UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT AND IS A CONFIRMATION OF THE USER'S GUARANTEES REGARDING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
