Carnival Hunt – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or playing Carnival Hunt (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. All activities conducted through an account are the responsibility of the account holder.
Account sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
The use of third-party software, tools, scripts, or services that provide unfair advantages or interfere with the normal operation of the Game is prohibited.
3. Code of Conduct
Users agree not to engage in behavior that disrupts the Game or negatively impacts other players. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
* Using cheats, exploits, bugs, or unauthorized modifications to gain an advantage.
* Intentionally abusing glitches or unreported exploits.
* Harassing, threatening, insulting, or discriminating against other players or staff.
* Sharing offensive, illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content in text or voice communications.
* Impersonating developers, moderators, staff members, or other players.
* Intentionally disrupting gameplay, community spaces, or events.
Users who discover bugs or exploits are expected to report them. Intentionally abusing or failing to report serious exploits may result in penalties.
Enforcement actions are applied at the discretion of the development and moderation team and are based on the severity and history of the violation.
4. Ban Evasion
Attempting to bypass restrictions or penalties by using alternate accounts, shared accounts, or other methods is prohibited and may result in escalated penalties, including permanent bans.
5. Virtual Items and Purchases
All in-game purchases, including cosmetics and virtual items, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside of authorized systems within the Game.
6. License and Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and play the Game.
All accounts, virtual items, characters, and in-game content remain the property of the Game and its publishers.
7. Progress and Data
Because the Game is in active development, progress, items, accounts, or statistics may be reset, modified, or removed at any time.
No guarantees are made regarding data persistence, progression, or availability of features.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Gameplay data, analytics, and technical information may be collected to improve performance, balance, and player experience.
9. Alpha Status and Service Availability
Carnival Hunt is currently in an alpha stage of development. The Game may contain bugs, crashes, unfinished features, and balance issues.
Online services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Access to the Game is not guaranteed at all times.
The developers reserve the right to update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
10. Community Platforms
These Terms apply to official community spaces associated with the Game, including in-game chat, Discord servers, forums, and other official communication platforms. Violations in these spaces may result in in-game penalties.
11. Moderation and Enforcement
Moderation and enforcement decisions are made by the development and moderation team.
Abusive or hostile behavior toward staff regarding enforcement actions may result in additional penalties.
12. Changes to Terms
The developers reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
