End User License Agreement (EULA) for “Il Sole e la Luna” and “Il Sole e la Luna 2”
1. Acceptance of the Agreement
By installing, launching, or using the game (“Game”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
2. Grant of License
You are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game solely for private, non‑commercial entertainment purposes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in the Game—such as artwork, characters, story, music, code, and any other assets—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code;
distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game;
use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission;
bypass or attempt to bypass any technical protection measures or DRM.
5. User‑Generated Content (if applicable)
If the Game allows the creation or sharing of user‑generated content, you are solely responsible for such content. Content that is illegal, offensive, or infringing may be removed at any time.
6. Updates and Changes
The Game may receive updates or patches that improve or modify gameplay, performance, or content. These updates may be applied automatically. The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue features without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It may be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court of the user’s place of residence, where applicable.
