This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DeadPixel s.c. (operating as “Digital Seductions”) regarding the game Cockwork Industries Complete (“Game”).
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Game.
Digital Seductions hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the Game on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to use the Game for your own personal purposes.

Digital Seductions shall at all times retain ownership of the Game and all intellectual property in it.

We respect your privacy and don't collect any personal information or statistics other than those provided by to us by Steam.
Digital Seductions will not disclose or share any of your personal information.
Disclaimer
The Game is "as is" and Digital Seductions makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever about the Game. You install and use the Game completely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Seductions will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages whatsoever in connection with the Game.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Game and shall remain effective for the whole period of your use of the Game.
This EULA agreement will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination you lose all licenses granted by this EULA agreement and are obligated to stop all access and use of the Game.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
