This license applies to the Link Wars game (hereinafter the "Game").

YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS LICENSE
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
installing, copying, or distributing this software.
Unless you have a different license agreement signed by GXM LLC ("GXM") your
use, distribution, or installation of the Game indicates your acceptance of this
agreement ("License").
If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, then
do not copy, install, distribute or use any copy of the Game with which
this License is included.
SCOPE OF LICENSE
The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
All rights of any kind in the Game which are not expressly granted in this
License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by GXM.
You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game, nor permit anyone
else to do so.
Your Accounts and your use of the Game and its service do not grant you any
ownership interest in the Game.
Your use of the game software is also subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the STEAM(TM) Subscriber Agreement and/or any other terms set forth
by Valve corporation in relation to the STEAM service.
You may NOT:
a) make access to the Game available to others in connection with
a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor permit
anyone else to do so
b) disrupt, distort, damage, or unreasonable burden the online service
infrastructure used by the Game
c) interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Game
d) violate terms and conditions in the STEAM Subscriber Agreement and any other
Valve terms and conditions related to the Game service
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the
Game, shall remain in GXM and/or its suppliers. You acknowledge such ownership
and intellectual property rights and will not take any action to jeopardize,
limit or interfere in any manner with GXM ownership of rights with respect to
the Game. the Game is protected by copyright laws of the United States,
international copyright laws, and other other intellectual property laws and
treaties.
GXM at its sole discretion, may immediately terminate this EULA and deny you
access to the Game and related online services at any time without notice if:
a) you are in breach of this EULA
b) you are in breach of the STEAM Subscriber Agreement or any applicable Valve
agreements
c) you do not comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while
using the Game
d) you engage in chat or other activities that are offensive, unlawful,
obscene, racist, harassing, discriminatory, or in any case inappropriate based
on GXM's sole discretion
e) you attempt to cheat, spam, damage or interfere with other party's use and
enjoyment of the game
You understand that at any time, GXM may provide updates to the Game that
are required to be installed in order to continue to play the Game online.
GXM may also update the Game servers at any time and without any prior
notification, and suspend the service for the amount of time required for
maintenance.
There is no service level agreement about online multiplayer game availability.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
THE GAME, AND ANY AND ALL ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS,
INCLUDING RELATED ONLINE MULTIPLAYER SERVICES ARE DISTRIBUTED AND PROVIDED
"AS IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
YOU HEREBY ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS GAME AND RELATED SERVICES.
THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS LICENSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GXM, OR ITS PRINCIPALS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING
TO THE USE OF THE GAME, OR TO YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GXM.
GXM DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY THAT THE GAME IS ERROR FREE OR ANY RELATED
ONLINE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT DOES GXM AUTHORIZE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE TO USE THE
GAME IN APPLICATIONS OR SYSTEMS WHERE THE GAME'S FAILURE TO PERFORM
CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO RESULT IN DAMAGE, OR SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL INJURY, OR
LOSS OF LIFE. ANY SUCH USE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD
GXM HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LOSSES RELATING TO SUCH UNAUTHORIZED
USE.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS, GXM’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO
THE REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, DIRECTLY OR THROUGH ASSOCIATED
DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS.
GENERAL
This License is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on
the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings,
purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This License shall be governed
by the laws of California. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters
relating to this License shall be in courts and fora located in San Diego, CA,
and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or
representations made by GXM herein. Any waiver by GXM of any violation of this
License by you shall not constitute, nor contribute to, a waiver by GXM of any
other or future violation of the same provision, or any other provision, of
this License.
