Albedon Wars and Firemill Games
Albedon Wars is a videogame (hereinafter “Game”) which is being developed by Firemill Games, an Italian company. The Game is inspired from the novel “Albedon – Il mondo un’altra volta” by the novelist Natalia Robusti.
Your general commitment
By clicking the “I agree” button you agree to all the terms and conditions of this Player Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”), and any other additional Game rules or codes of conduct which Firemill Games may draw to your attention. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the rules set in this Agreement will prevail.
Your account and your data
When you create an account, some basic personal data (your display name) will be recorded and processed, to the extent which is strictly necessary for the purposes of playing the Game.
Your data will be processed in compliance with applicable law and with the Firemill Games privacy policy, available at http://www.iubenda.com/privacy-policy/7952281.
Your progress in the Game will be saved on remote servers connected with your Game account.
All supports for the connection and storage of players’ data (e.g. account, e-mail, progress) are provided through a third-party service (Playfab).
Object of this Agreement
This Agreement describes the terms and conditions upon which Firemill Games offers you access to a personal account to play a free demonstration product (hereinafter “Demo”) owned and developed by Firemill Games, known as Albedon Wars (hereinafter “Game”).
If you do not fully agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not allowed to download, install and/or use the Game.
You are allowed to download a copy of the Game and install it in your computer free of charge.
Firemill Games has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Demo period, or your participation in it, at any time, without having to provide any reason for that.
Firemill Games ownership rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Game as a whole and/or in any of its individual components, including but not limited to: the names “Albedon” and “Albedon Wars”, the story, the drawings, texts, videos, images, cards, game mechanics is the exclusive ownership of Firemill Games and that any and all intellectual property rights, copyright and connected rights, patent and trademark rights and any other rights foreseen by applicable laws are exclusively owned by Firemill Games.
Your licence
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, limited licence to install the Game onto one single computer to play the Game for free for a limited period.
When playing the Game, you may accumulate a game character, character data, experience points, virtual items, or other status or progress indicators.
Firemill Games has the right upon its sole discretion to reset or delete these data totally or partially at any time during the Demo, and reset them when the Game is launched commercially.
Specific conditions to play the Game
In order to play the Game, you must agree to the following provisions:
You must be thirteen (13) years of age or older.
You must have an Internet connection, a PC/MAC/LINUX computer or IOS/Android tablet or smartphone.
You acknowledge that Firemill Games will not provide you with any Internet connection, hardware, software or any other tool or technology needed to install, run and play the Game.
You agree to fully comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement without reserve.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any Materials.
You agree not to copy, modify, sell, transfer or distribute to any third party the Game as a whole and/or in any of its individual components, permanently or temporarily, with any means.
You agree to return or destroy any and all copies and/or backups of the Game and/or of the Materials if asked to do so by Firemill Games.
You agree to act in good faith.
Damages
You acknowledge and agree that a breach or threatened breach of any provision of this Agreement may cause irreparable moral and/or material damage to Firemill Games, to its business, its image, to its owners, employees and other stakeholders.
You acknowledge that Firemill Games shall be entitled to injunctive relief.
Firemill Games reserves any and all rights under applicable law to pursue any and all remedies available to it, including the recovery of damages and legal fees from you.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED FOR PLAYING ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND FIREMILL GAMES GIVES TO YOU NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR DATA, YOUR SOFTWARE AND YOUR HARDWARE COULD BECOME CORRUPTED OR DELETED IN DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND/OR PLAYING THE GAME AND EXPRESSLY RELEASE FIREMILL GAMES FROM ANY LIABILITY IN RELATION TO THIS.
FIREMILL GAMES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE GAME OR MATERIALS.
