To protect Survived and members of our community, we need to develop end-user licensing agreements for downloading and using our games. We do not like to go beyond the rules of your conduct, so we endeavour to streamline this Agreement as much as possible. If you violate this agreement, we may force you to stop using our game. If we deem it necessary, we will consult our lawyers for further action.
If you buy, download, use or play our game, you must always follow the following end user license agreement (hereinafter referred to as EULA). If you don't want or disagree with these rules, you can't buy, download, use or play our game. While agreeing to this EULA, you must agree to all parts of the three documents, so please read them carefully.
A major principle
The main principle is that you can't spread anything we make. "Disseminating anything we make" means "distributing copies of the game, using it for commercial purposes, trying to make a profit from it, or exposing others to any of our works in any unfair or unreasonable way". So the main principle is (unless we specifically agree, as mentioned in the Brand and Asset Use Guide) that you can't provide a copy of our game to anyone else; use any of our products for commercial purposes; profit from any of our products; or engage others in any unfair or unreasonable way. Touch any of our products.
... So we make it clear here that our products include, but are not limited to, our products. Our game client. It also includes a modified version of the game, or part of it, or any other product we make.
In fact, we are very tolerant of your behavior --- in fact, we encourage you to do cool things --- but don't do the things we don't allow.
Use our game
You have purchased the game, so you can use it yourself, on your computer.
We also give you the limited right to do other things below, but we still have to draw a clear line to prevent someone from overdoing it. If you want to make anything related to our product, we will be humble, but make sure that your product is not interpreted as an official product, and that the product is related to this EULA and the brand and asset use guide, and most importantly not for commercial use.
Your right to use and play our game comes from our giving. If you violate this EULA, the right can be withdrawn.
After you buy our game, we give you the right to install, use and play the game on your own personal computer, as described in this EULA. This right is granted only to you personally, so you can't distribute the game (or part of it) to anyone else. It also means that you can't sell or rent the game, or let anyone else touch it, and you can't give or resell any authorization code. However, you can give others the gift codes we bought in our Gift Code system. This is essential for us to stop piracy and fraud and protect our games. It's also important to prevent members of our community from buying pirated versions of our games or fraudulent authorization codes - we have the right to prevent this in the name of fraud.
If you buy a game, you also have the right to use it to play and modify the game. If you don't cheat, we'll be very grateful. Please remember not to distribute modified versions of our software. Simply put, the dissemination module (or plug-ins, or third-party tools) is allowed, while the modified version of the dissemination game client or server is not allowed.
For some reason, you can use screenshots or videos of the game to do whatever you want. "For some reason" means that you can't use it for commercial purposes or anything that has a negative impact on our rights. However, if you upload videos to video sharing and live websites, you can add advertisements to them. Also, please don't deliberately destroy art resources and publicize them everywhere. It's not interesting.
Basically, the simplest rule is not to use our products for commercial purposes (unless specifically agreed in EULA or brand and asset use guidelines). It is also acceptable if the law expressly permits, for example, acts under the principle of "reasonable use" - but they must be explicitly contained in the law.

Ownership of our game and other matters

Although we give you the right to play our game, we are still the owner of the game. We are also the owner of our brand and everything in the game. Therefore, paying for our games means that you have the right to buy and play our games under the EULA, not the game itself. Your only rights related to the game are those stipulated in this EULA.

content
If you create anything through our game, or create anything in our game, you must give us the right to use, copy, modify and adopt the content you create, and this right cannot be revoked, and you must also allow us to give others the right to use, copy, modify and adopt the content you create. The right to create content. If you don't want to give us the right, please don't use it.
