IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OR ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE,
DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL, PLAY OR WATCH OR USE Systematic Insanity® AND YOU SHOULD NOT PROCEED FURTHER.

KEY DEFINITIONS:
Systematic Insanity® - a product of SECRETSOF® - will hereafter be referred to as Software Product.
The term "Software Product" includes the design, parts and contents of Systematic Insanity®'s game package.
SECRETSOF® (Creator and Publisher of Systematic Insanity©) - will be referred to as SECRETSOF®
Systematic Insanity®'s End-User License Agreement (EULA) - will hereafter be referred to as EULA.
Official Distributor is defined as any of SECRETSOF®'s official distributors, resellers and retailers.
Concerned Official Distributor is defined as any of SECRETSOF®'s Official Distributors responsible
for the distribution of the Software Product and the selling of such Software Product to the End-User.
True Owner - is the original and legal owner of SECRETSOF® - also as stated in official documents;
First and Only and Legal Owner of SECRETSOF® and its IP® Products.
Note: ORIGINAL STEAM® VERSION means the STEAM® Version of Systematic Insanity®
DEFINITIONS OF END-USER (You):
The Customer/Buyer/Player/Press/Game Reviewer/Game Promoter - who purchased or received the Software Product
through or from any of SECRETSOF®'s Official Distributors - will hereafter be referred to as End-User or You.
The terms "End-User" and "You" also applies to any person or customer who obtains the Software Product
for free or for a fee (purchased) from any other means or persons or organizations not stated herein.
Note: Steam Curators - will also be referred to as End-User or You.
DLC CONTENT OF Systematic Isanity® / Software Product
ALL Existing and Future Downloadable Content (DLC) of the Software Product is covered by the rules of this EULA and the End-User agrees to be legally bound to this EULA - as part of this EULA's rules.
Other Communications / Software Product / SECRETSOF®
You also agree that SECRETSOF® and product-related communications - in the form of STEAM
Events & Announcements and the like - are also governed by all the terms of this EULA.
The above statement includes (but is not limited to) Official Website data, social media, newsletters
and other on-line or modern or newly-invented forms of communication.
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The parties hereto, SECRETSOF® (Creator and Publisher of Systematic Insanity®), and the End-User (You),
for good and valuable consideration, hereby agree on the following:
1. UNDERSTANDING.
a. SECRETSOF® is in the business of producing and selling its own brand of software and multimedia products
through or via the internet - and through any of its Official Distributors.
b. SECRETSOF® does not provide any product or service support outside of its own brand of multimedia products.
c. The End-User's purchase or installation or playing or watching or using of this copy of this Software Product
indicates and consolidates and binds his or her agreement with this EULA (End-User License Agreement).
d. If the End-User does not agree to any of the terms, conditions and limitations of this EULA,
the End-User should not purchase and play or use or watch this Sofware Product.
e. By purchasing or installing or playing or watching or using this Software Product, the End-User agrees to accept
the full terms of this EULA and shall take sole responsibility for the use of this Software Product.
f. Return and Refund procedures and transactions concerning this Software Product
are governed by the return and refund policies of the Concerned Official Distributor.
g. Concerned Official Distributor is defined as any of SECRETSOF®'s Official Distributors responsible
for the distribution of the Software Product and the selling of such Software Product to the End-User.
h. SECRETSOF® reserves the right to make any changes to the Software Product and this EULA
without prior notice to the End-User and the End-User agrees to understand and respect such a right.
i. This Software Product can only be installed as one (1) copy in one (1) End-User computer only.
2. OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
a. The End-User agrees that the Software Product and its Copyright and other intellectual property rights
and the Trademarks of SECRETSOF® are the sole and exclusive property of SECRETSOF® and shall remain so.
b. Systematic Insanity® [Software Product] and its Copyright and associated Trademarks and other rights
shall remain under the ownership of SECRETSOF® (the "Creator" and "Publisher") and SECRETSOF®'s owner.
c. You, as a Licensee, through your purchasing or downloading or installing or use of this Software Product
do not attain any ownership rights to this Software Product or SECRETSOF® or any of SECRETSOF®'s products.
d. All distribution, economic and commercial rights to the Software Product and any other and all rights
not stated herein shall remain under the exclusive ownership of SECRETSOF® and SECRETSOF®'s owner.
3. LICENSE TO PLAY OR WATCH THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
a. This EULA grants You the non-exclusive license to use the Software Product as-is
and only in accordance with the terms, conditions and limitations of this EULA.
b. You agree that such a license is only valid if the Software Product has been purchased
or received from any of SECRETSOF®'s Official Distributors or if the Software Product
has been obtained from any other officially authorized or allowed means and persons.
c. You also agree to play or watch or use the Software Product for personal use only
and such use should be in accordance with this EULA and for lawful purposes only.
d. SECRETSOF® reserves the right to revoke or terminate such a license - at any time
and under its sole discretion - without any repurcussions and You agree to this.
e. You agree to use the Software Product for a non-commercial personal use only
(and for no other purpose whatsoever) and that such an agreement cannot be disputed.
f. Educational use of this Software Product requires a written and signed consent from SECRETSOF®.
g. The End-User's license to the Software Product cannot be sold or transferred to any third-party.
4. VIOLATION OF PRODUCT INTEGRITY
a. Product Integrity is essentially defined as the Software Product's original final design by SECRETSOF®.
b. Product Integrity includes (but is not limited to) the Software Product's appearance, form and format
and the exact arrangement, organization and color scheme and colors of the media assets and the exact
implementation of the computer/software codes and data contained within its software/ game package.
c. Product Integrity includes the official branding images of the Software Product and SECRETSOF®
d. Product Integrity is also defined as the Software Product's official as-is final form
and its final original design as authorized (and published) by SECRETSOF®.
e. Agreement to this EULA prohibits the End-User to make any changes to the Product Integrity
of the Software Product - in any way.
5. UNAUTHORIZED ACTS OF VIOLATION
a. Unauthorized exhibition, copying, reproduction or any disassembly, decompiling and re-compiling
and unauthorized distribution, importation and resale of this Software Product are strictly prohibited.
b. Any form of piracy applied to this Software Product is a violation of this EULA and applicable laws.
c. You may not modify, rent, license or sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties, obligations
of this Software Product or any other asset or content or trademarks associated with it.
d. You are not allowed to market, sell or promote the Software Product as your own product
and any such attempt or act is a violation of this EULA and applicable laws.
e. You may not modify, reverse engineer or create any derivative works based on this Software Product.
f. You may not use this Software Product in your own business or in any business organization or venture.
g. You may not use this Software Product in any non-profit organization not authorized by SECRETSOF®
h. All unauthorized acts of violation stated herein are also violations of Product Integrity (4a to 4e above).
i. SECRETSOF® reserves the right to judge whatever constitutes an act of violation - under its own discretion.
6. CANCELLATION OF END-USER LICENSE / BREACH OF CONTRACT
a. In the event that the End-User violates any term, condition or limitation stated in this EULA,
SECRETSOF® reserves the right to cancel the license of the concerned End-User.
b. The End-User agrees that such a cancellation includes the obligation to delete
or uninstall the Software Product from his or her [End-User's] computer.
c. SECRETSOF® also reserves the right to terminate the license of any End-User - at any time
and without any repurcussions whatsoever and such a right is under SECRETSOF®'s discretion.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
a. If You purchased any copy of the Software Product from SECRETSOF® or any its authorized distributors, resellers
or retailers, You may return and refund a purchase in accordance with the respective
return/refund policies of the Concerned Official Distributor.
b. Special Note:
The ORIGINAL STEAM® VERSION of Systematic Insanity® - is governed by STEAM®'s or Valve® Corporation's
return and refund policies and procedures.
This also means that refunds are directly handled by (and through) STEAM® or Valve® Corporation.
C. If purchased directly from SECRETSOF® (or if also enforced by any Concerned Official Distributor),
you also agree to sign a Quit Claim after a refund request and you agree to never again purchase
any products or services from SECRETSOF® and its related channels and entities.
You agree that you are aware that such a Quit Claim - is not applicable to a STEAM® Store Purchase
and is only for stores outside of the STEAM® Store - which are setup to issue such a Quit Claim.
8. NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY
a. Acceptance of the terms of this EULA includes the understanding and agreement of the End-User
that SECRETSOF® does not guarantee or provide any warranty of any kind for all its products and services.
b. The End-User must assume all risk in his or her use of this Software Product.
c. SECRETSOF® reserves the right to not be obliged or compelled to respond to
or solve any customer support or technical support inquiries or complaints.
d. The Software Product itself is delivered "AS-IS" with no guarantee or warranty whatsoever
but returns and refunds are possible depending on the policies of the Concerned Official Distributor.
d. These disclaimers of guarantee or warranty are an essential and important part of this EULA.
e. You agree that SECRETSOF® cannot furnish a new version of the Software Product to solve
any specific technical or sales-related problems concerning the Software Product. You also agree
that the reason for this EULA rule is in the best interest of SECRETSOF® and its customers.
You also agree that any version of the Software Product that SECRETSOF® officialy uploads to STEAM®
is the Final Version of the Product that CANNOT BE CHANGED because it works best for all End-Users.
f. SECRETSOF® reserves the right to change the version of Software Product- at any time - without notice.
and You also agree to the above statement and agree that it is for best interest of all End-Users.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Any liability of SECRETSOF® will be limited exclusively to the refund of purchase price of a single copy of the Software Product
and any and all refund transactions will be governed by the refund policies and procedures of the Concerned Official Distributor.
b. In cases where returns and refunds are not immediately or readily possible, SECRETSOF® reserves the right
to be given reasonable, just and fair allowances - in terms of time, money and resources availability.
10. INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS.
1. The End-User agrees to indemnify (and consider and hold as harmless) SECRETSOF® and its owner or any of its executives,
officers, employees, affiliates and distributors from any and against all liability, personal injury, loss, costs and damages
(including attorney's fees and costs) as a result of any legal action or complaint related to the following:
1a. The End-User's violation of (or alleged adherence to) any or all of the terms in the this EULA
1b. The End User's use or misuse of this Software Product.
1c. Any claims resulting from the use or misuse of this Software Product which may damage any other party.
2. In addition to above statements, in no event shall SECRETSOF®, or its owner, executives, officers, employees, affiliates,
and distributors be held liable for any incidental, accidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever
relating to the use of this Software Product.
3. The End-User agrees that SECRETSOF® will not be held liable or responsible for any damages
to the End-User's computer or device caused by either the use or misuse of this Software Product.
4. The End-User's agreement to indemnify SECRETSOF® and SECRETSOF®'s owner and all the other parties
stated herein (as stated in this EULA) shall survive even after this EULA has been terminated.
11. VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that this EULA fully constitutes what can be considered
as a good and valuable consideration and that such good and valuable consideration
will never ever be subjected to any dispute.
12. EULA CONTAINS COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that no previous or any other understandings and interpretations
have been combined with or included into this EULA and that the terms, conditions and limitations
contained in this agreement (EULA) is a complete understanding between SECRETSOF® and the End-User.
13. EULA NOT MODIFIABLE BY END-USER
a. SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions
and limitations of this EULA are not subject to any modification by the End-User.
b. On other hand, SECRETSOF® reserves the right to make any changes and updates to this EULA
as part of SECRETSOF®'s rights as the Creator, Publisher and Owner of the Software Product.
14. PURCHASE OF AND ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND LICENSE VALIDITY
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that any purchase or free (not paid) acceptance of the Software Product
by the End-User - from any distributor or channel or person or business or entity not officially authorized
or not allowed by SECRETSOF®, automatically cancels the license of the End-User to use this Software Product.
15. VALIDITY AND ENFORCABILITY OF THE EULA
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that in the event that if any one or several statements or clauses
of this EULA shall be deemed uneforcable or not valid for whatever reason, such a judgment or decision
shall not render or cause this EULA to be considered as being null and void and that the other statements
or terms, conditions and limitations within this EULA shall remain in force and will remain as valid
and enforcable agreements to which both parties are still bound.
In addition to the above statement, if this EULA or any of its parts is claimed as unclear or ambiguous,
it is agreed by SECRETSOF® and the End-User that the language used in this EULA shall be treated or viewed
from the viewpoint of their plain meanings and intention.
Further, this EULA shall be considered as if prepared by both parties - in the event that this EULA
and its language or meaning be construed by a court.
16. NO UNDUE INFLUENCE
a. The End-User agrees that his or her agreement to this EULA and purchase and use
of the Software Product are voluntary acts and are personal and free decisions of the End-User.
b. The End-User agrees and acknowledges that the purchase, installation and use of this Software Product
was done on his or her own free will and personal volition and that there was no undue influence whatsoever.
17. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE
Both parties agree that Philippine Law shall apply with respect to this EULA.
SECRETSOF® reserves the right to choose the location or venue and the specific court organization or branch.
SECRETSOF® and its True Owner - ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VENUE, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION - due to practical or ethical reasons which include (but is not limited to) a change of residence or business operations location or simply enforcing the valid right to do so per this EULA.
All End-Users or Any User of the Software Product agree to the above statement too and agree to not dispute it.
Special Note: True Owner is defined as the First and Only and Legal Owner of SECRETSOF® and its IP® Products.
18. ALL RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN ARE ENTIRELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED TO AND BY SECRETSOF®.
ADDITIONAL LEGAL DISCLAIMER:
Systematic Insanity®'s Story happened in its own universe and is meant to be enjoyed and viewed as itself
with no intentional reference or allusion to actual persons, places and events or anything else in the known real world. This includes the "Created Trademark Brand Names" within Systematic Insanity's - which are designed to be unique to Software Product's Imagined Universe.
There are no "other understandings" about it and this audio-visual game film/movie is its own complete understanding.
By purchasing or watching or downloading or playing (or obtaining for free) this Software Product,
the End-User also agrees to the above disclaimer - and also agrees that such an agreement will never be subjectedto any and all kinds of dispute whatsoever.

any products or services from SECRETSOF® and its related channels and entities.
You agree that you are aware that such a Quit Claim - is not applicable to a STEAM® Store Purchase
and is only for stores outside of the STEAM® Store - which are setup to issue such a Quit Claim.
8. NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY
a. Acceptance of the terms of this EULA includes the understanding and agreement of the End-User
that SECRETSOF® does not guarantee or provide any warranty of any kind for all its products and services.
b. The End-User must assume all risk in his or her use of this Software Product.
c. SECRETSOF® reserves the right to not be obliged or compelled to respond to
or solve any customer support or technical support inquiries or complaints.
d. The Software Product itself is delivered "AS-IS" with no guarantee or warranty whatsoever
but returns and refunds are possible depending on the policies of the Concerned Official Distributor.
d. These disclaimers of guarantee or warranty are an essential and important part of this EULA.
e. You agree that SECRETSOF® cannot furnish a new version of the Software Product to solve
any specific technical or sales-related problems concerning the Software Product. You also agree
that the reason for this EULA rule is in the best interest of SECRETSOF® and its customers.
You also agree that any version of the Software Product that SECRETSOF® officialy uploads to STEAM®
is the Final Version of the Product that CANNOT BE CHANGED because it works best for all End-Users.
f. SECRETSOF® reserves the right to change the version of Software Product- at any time - without notice.
and You also agree to the above statement and agree that it is for best interest of all End-Users.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Any liability of SECRETSOF® will be limited exclusively to the refund of purchase price of a single copy of the Software Product
and any and all refund transactions will be governed by the refund policies and procedures of the Concerned Official Distributor.
b. In cases where returns and refunds are not immediately or readily possible, SECRETSOF® reserves the right
to be given reasonable, just and fair allowances - in terms of time, money and resources availability.
10. INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS.
1. The End-User agrees to indemnify (and consider and hold as harmless) SECRETSOF® and its owner or any of its executives,
officers, employees, affiliates and distributors from any and against all liability, personal injury, loss, costs and damages
(including attorney's fees and costs) as a result of any legal action or complaint related to the following:
1a. The End-User's violation of (or alleged adherence to) any or all of the terms in the this EULA
1b. The End User's use or misuse of this Software Product.
1c. Any claims resulting from the use or misuse of this Software Product which may damage any other party.
2. In addition to above statements, in no event shall SECRETSOF®, or its owner, executives, officers, employees, affiliates,
and distributors be held liable for any incidental, accidental, consequential, punitive or any other damages whatsoever
relating to the use of this Software Product.
3. The End-User agrees that SECRETSOF® will not be held liable or responsible for any damages
to the End-User's computer or device caused by either the use or misuse of this Software Product.
4. The End-User's agreement to indemnify SECRETSOF® and SECRETSOF®'s owner and all the other parties
stated herein (as stated in this EULA) shall survive even after this EULA has been terminated.
11. VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that this EULA fully constitutes what can be considered
as a good and valuable consideration and that such good and valuable consideration
will never ever be subjected to any dispute.
12. EULA CONTAINS COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that no previous or any other understandings and interpretations
have been combined with or included into this EULA and that the terms, conditions and limitations
contained in this agreement (EULA) is a complete understanding between SECRETSOF® and the End-User.
13. EULA NOT MODIFIABLE BY END-USER
a. SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions
and limitations of this EULA are not subject to any modification by the End-User.
b. On other hand, SECRETSOF® reserves the right to make any changes and updates to this EULA
as part of SECRETSOF®'s rights as the Creator, Publisher and Owner of the Software Product.
14. PURCHASE OF AND ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND LICENSE VALIDITY
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that any purchase or free (not paid) acceptance of the Software Product
by the End-User - from any distributor or channel or person or business or entity not officially authorized
or not allowed by SECRETSOF®, automatically cancels the license of the End-User to use this Software Product.
15. VALIDITY AND ENFORCABILITY OF THE EULA
SECRETSOF® and the End-User agree that in the event that if any one or several statements or clauses
of this EULA shall be deemed uneforcable or not valid for whatever reason, such a judgment or decision
shall not render or cause this EULA to be considered as being null and void and that the other statements
or terms, conditions and limitations within this EULA shall remain in force and will remain as valid
and enforcable agreements to which both parties are still bound.
In addition to the above statement, if this EULA or any of its parts is claimed as unclear or ambiguous,
it is agreed by SECRETSOF® and the End-User that the language used in this EULA shall be treated or viewed
from the viewpoint of their plain meanings and intention.
Further, this EULA shall be considered as if prepared by both parties - in the event that this EULA
and its language or meaning be construed by a court.
16. NO UNDUE INFLUENCE
a. The End-User agrees that his or her agreement to this EULA and purchase and use
of the Software Product are voluntary acts and are personal and free decisions of the End-User.
b. The End-User agrees and acknowledges that the purchase, installation and use of this Software Product
was done on his or her own free will and personal volition and that there was no undue influence whatsoever.
17. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE
Both parties agree that Philippine Law shall apply with respect to this EULA.
SECRETSOF® reserves the right to choose the location or venue and the specific court organization or branch.
SECRETSOF® and its True Owner - ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VENUE, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION - due to practical or ethical reasons which include (but is not limited to) a change of residence or business operations location or simply enforcing the valid right to do so per this EULA.
All End-Users or Any User of the Software Product agree to the above statement too and agree to not dispute it.
Special Note: True Owner is defined as the First and Only and Legal Owner of SECRETSOF® and its IP® Products.
18. ALL RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN ARE ENTIRELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED TO AND BY SECRETSOF®.
