We will be happy and will have no claims whatsoever if you:
- Create derivative works (e.g.: fan art, fanfics, modifications, music covers, etc.). You can also earn money from them as part of the charity intake;
- Receive payment for the creation of derivative works if you are a private person (e.g.: you are an artist and have been paid to create a drawing for the game);
- Use materials from the game to produce items for your own personal use (example: order a T-shirt with art from the game from a photo shop);
- To write reviews and reviews of the game, to quote using materials from the game, including for profit (for example: publishing an article in a magazine that sells);
- Producing and monetising content from the Game (e.g.: a video review for Youtube with advertising integration or monetisation of the Game video);
It is forbidden:
- Monetisation of the Game and its derivatives by any means other than those indicated above;
- Extract any component parts of the Game and distribute them by means of third-party software without the approval of the developers;
- Resell the Game and its components;
- Disseminate misleading and unverified information about the game and its developers;
- Use Game components and official collateral materials (e.g., official promo art, music) for advertising purposes, unless the Game is being advertised;
- Use Game components in third-party games, applications and other works that do not pertain to the Game, even on a non-commercial basis;
- The use of components of the game for the purpose of harassing, humiliating or oppressing anyone;
The developers are not responsible for the user-generated content.
The Developers may request the removal of any content that infringes on their rights.
The developers can remove any kind of content from the game without explaining why on the official game pages.
