Help and Support Rules
SUPPORT SYSTEM

The Support (Ticket) System is the only official communication channel for RigorZ players to share and seek solutions for all types of in-game issues, problems, complaints, and similar situations with the game management.

RigorZ Game Management does not accept any responsibility for resolving issues not reported or recorded through the Support (Ticket) System.

When reporting issues through the Support (Ticket) System, players must clearly describe their problems, provide all necessary information and details for resolution, and attach relevant files and screenshots if needed.

The RigorZ Game Management is obliged to respond to notifications made through the Support (Ticket) System within 3 business days. A response does not necessarily mean the problem is resolved. Some issues may take a long time to resolve, and the RigorZ Game Management strives to resolve reported problems as quickly as possible.

Players must provide evidence (Screenshots) when filing complaints against other players through the Support (Ticket) System. Complaints without evidence will be considered invalid.

When filing a complaint, consider the following:
a) The screenshot showing the complaint subject should not be older than 3 days. Screenshots not sent within 3 days will not be processed.
b) The submitted screenshot must be taken by you and from your account. Screenshots not taken by the complaining player will not be processed.
c) Screenshots must be taken from the original file folder of the RigorZ game. Screenshots not taken from the original folder will not be processed.
d) Screenshots must be taken from within the game. Conversations on social platforms like Skype, Facebook, Twitter, etc., cannot be complained about and are not subject to penalties.
e) When complaining about game management or a player, it is essential to provide necessary evidence. Complaints without screenshots will be invalid and may result in a warning/penalty.
f) Before saving screenshots taken in the game, the player must have written the current date and time in the global chat section in the game. Screenshots without a date will not be processed to prevent multiple uses.

The RigorZ Game Management reviews the subject of the complaint, compares it with system records if necessary, and applies the appropriate penalty if a punishable offense is determined.

Players sending fake screenshots and/or making complaints with the intent to deceive or mislead the RigorZ Game Management are considered malicious and may have their access to RigorZ indefinitely blocked.

Making multiple reports about the same issue is considered malicious and can complicate the resolution of your problem, potentially leading to a penalty.

Every ticket sent to support must be respectful and polite. Tickets containing swearing, insults, and similar language will be closed without reading, and the player will be asked to submit a new ticket.
