This game may be patched or updated at any time by Diamond Sky Games or Rain Games, and the Game purchased may change over time.
Multiplayer Service:
Your Nickname (Player Profile Name) is Public to other Users when you are playing Multiplayer.
When Hosting a Game, your selected Room Name or your Nickname may be used as Name for the Game Lobby Room. This information is Public to other Users.
You, the User, hereby agree to not use Profanity or Offensive Language in your Nickname ingame, or in Room Creation (Hosting a game). Any plaintext or imagery that you produce that may be considered as Profanity or Offensive Language, by any culture, may result in us taking action against your account, or your ability to use the Multiplayer Service.
You agree that all terms and conditions in this EULA is liable to change at any time by Diamond Sky Games or Rain Games.
