License Agreement
The following terms of service and end user license agreement ("EULA") constitute an agreement between you and Starship Studio. This EULA governs your use of SOFTWARE (as specified below).

For purposes of this EULA "SOFTWARE" means all software programs distributed, published or otherwise made available by Starship Studio. Use of SOFTWARE provided with this agreement constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install and/or use this SOFTWARE. User's use of this SOFTWARE is conditioned upon compliance by user with the terms of this agreement.

Copyright
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of Starship Studio and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

Ownership
The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by MIS Utilities. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

Limitations
You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement, nor permit any third party to do so. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

Usage data
We want to inform you that whenever you use this SOFTWARE, we may collect data and information, through a third party. This may include information such as your operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the app,error message, and other usage statistics. This data is passed on to a third party (the Microsoft App Center) who automatically create a unique installation identifier (or install ID for short) when you install this SOFTWARE. This install ID makes it possible for their services to display and return meaningful information for a specific device.

They do not map your identity or any personal information to install IDs. This data is stored securely and there is no way by which we or any other third party are able to identify you through this information. This data will be given to the app developer who will use it for analytics purposes. The Microsoft App Center may also collect data relating to things such as geographic area (such as the country in which you installed the app, not a specific location), operating system, device model and screen resolution, for the purpose of creating generalised audience statistics. Again this data will be stored securely and it will not be possible to identify you through this information.

Security
We will not store and transfer any data that you view and record through this SOFTWARE. However, as detailed in the ‘Usage Data’ section, a third party (Microsoft App Center or the app developer) may store data about your usage of the application. They use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Limited Warranty
This SOFTWARE is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Starship Studio disclaims all warranties relating to this SOFTWARE, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Starship Studio nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this SOFTWARE shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such SOFTWARE, even if Starship Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims. The person using the SOFTWARE bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the SOFTWARE.

In no event shall any theory of liability exceed the license fee paid to Starship Studio.

The Software when properly installed and under normal use will substantially conform to the features and functionality as set forth in the documentation accompanying the Software. However, the Software may contain immaterial bugs and errors. Therefore, the Software – as the case may be in deviation of applicable statutory law - is provided on the basis that remedies regarding such immaterial bugs and errors will only be provided from time to time by bug fixes.
