IMPORTANT - Please read these End User Licence Agreements (EULA) carefully before installing this game. We understand most people will just drag the the agreement to the end and click on "I ACCEPT", but this behaviour can cause serious problem. 1. User Agreement
The developing group gives user right of downloading and running "The Lost Game" . All the user behaviour in the game is allowed as soon as it is within the wizard frame. But the user should be responsible for their behaiour in the real world.
Modification of this game is allowed. The copyrights of initial pictures and story settings are still belonging to the developing group. The user should be responsible for the potential risk of modification of the game.
2.Restrictions
You are not permitted:
(a) to make any commercial use or exploitation of the game in any manner whatsoever;
(b) to share the game with people who didn't purchase it via any methods. Especially people under 18 years old.
(c) to extract the artwork in the game and share it via any methods.
3.Exclusions
(a) The developing group is not responsible for any damage or potential risk caused by this game.
(b) The developing group confirms that there is no harmful programes contained in the game inculding virus, worm and logic bomb. But we can't confirm that there will be no bug in the game. If you meet one, please report to us.
