End-User License Agreement for NewCity

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the User) and the Developers (Lone Pine Games and any associated entities or persons) of this Software (NewCity), which includes Computer Software (the Product) and may include associated Media, Printed Materials, and Online or Electronic documentation (the Materials).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, uninstall and do not use the Product.

LICENSE TERMS

1. DATA GATHERING SCOPE AND OPT-IN: This game includes OPT-IN automatic uploading of logs and information for debugging and development purposes. If the User opts-in to the logging, data may be gathered including (but not limited to) the user's SteamID, Steam persona name, system hardware information including hardware specifications and driver versions, local file paths, and operating system information.

2. COPYRIGHT.
All title and copyrights in and relating to the Product including (but not limited to) any images, written work, code, musical works (compositions and recordings), the accompanying Materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the respective copyright holders and/or the Developers of this Software. The Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Product like any other copyrighted material.

LIMITED WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES
The Developers of this Software expressly disclaim any warranty for the Product. The Product and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Product remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the Developers of this Software be held liable for any damages whatsoever including (but not limited to) damages to computer hardware, software, or other personal items arising out of the use of this Product, even if the Developers of this Software are aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
