This EULA (End user license agreement) states what you can and cannot do with this product.
This product: Sethtek Driving Simulator; Also Referred to as SDS. Any further mention of this product in this EULA will be referred to as either "Sethtek Driving Simulator", "the game", or "sds".
By accepting this agreement, you hereby declare to follow the guidelines below.
PRODUCT USAGE:
The rules stated below are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED and may result in punishment or legal action.
- Hacking/Modifying the game files through means other than the given modding system is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
- Redistribution of game files is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
- Ownership/Claims of developing or creating this product will not be tolerated.
MULTIPLAYER/ONLINE SERVICE:
Information:
Online multiplayer is unrestricted and unrated. Chat messages, voice chat or other forms of communication are monitored by Studio Staff/Multiplayer Moderators for safety. The developer or staff of the game are NOT responsible for any offense by ANY means.
The rules stated below will NOT be tolerated, and could result in punishment.
Rules:
- Must be 13 years or older (Steam Requirement)
- Hacking/Cheating, using exploits during online gameplay to gain an advantage or to make a bad experience for other players.
- NSFW content such as Gore, Violence, Sexual Themes, or Personal Threats towards someone else are NOT tolerated, and will result in some form of punishment.
By using the multiplayer service YOU AGREE TO:
- The developer or staff of the game are NOT responsible for someone's bad interaction with you, such as calling you names, or being kicked/banned from a server.
ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY SUCH AS CRIMINAL ACTS, VIOLENCE, OR OTHER ILLEGAL CONTENT WILL RESULT IN A BAN FROM USING THE SERVICE ENTIRELY. IF YOU REDISTRIBUTE ANY GAME FILES TO ANY UNAUTHORIZED SITES WILL RESULT IN EITHER LEGAL ACTION, OR A CUSTOM BAN FROM USING ANY SERVICES IN THE PIRATED GAME.
COPYRIGHT CLAIMS OF THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, AND WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION. IMPERSONATION OF THE DEVELOPER OR STUDIO STAFF IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED AND WILL RESULT IN A BAN FROM THE SERVICE.
