Planet Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

Welcome to Planet ( desktop application) and other services we provide (collectively referred to as " services" ).These Planet Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA" ) are a legally binding contract between you and ECG Studios regarding your use of the service.

2. Account and registration.

3. Planet software licenses.

4. Payment
You may be charged for access to the service or certain features of the service. Before you pay any fees, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged to you. All fees are in RMB and are non-refundable. If Planet changes the service fees, including the addition of other fees, Planet will notify you of these changes in advance. If you do not accept the changes, Planet may stop providing services to you. Planet will specify the payment method you specify at the time of purchase. You authorize Planet to collect all payments from this payment method in accordance with this EULA for the service you have selected. If you paid for any fees with a credit card, Planet may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account before making a purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and whether there is sufficient funds or credit to pay for your purchase. If you use the service to update or cancel any existing authorized payments, the update or cancellation may take up to 10 business days to take effect.
5. User content
5.1 User content. 7. Terminate use, stop and modify the service.

8. Server upgrade and maintenance.

9. Intellectual property.
