The licensor has the right:
- At its discretion, at any time, correct (change, moderate), as well as delete any information posted by the Licensee on the resources of the Licensor that does not meet the requirements of this Agreement and / or the customs of the game process;
- At any time, at its discretion and without prior notice to the Licensee, modify, supplement, modify the Game ("THE DAWN: Sniper's Way"), any of its parts, including the Client part of the Game;
- In order to collect statistical data and identify the Licensee, install and save information about the Licensee's IP addresses, use technical information files (cookies) placed on the Licensee’s personal computer;
- Distribute to Licensees messages of an informational or technical nature related to the Game (Version of the Game);
- During the use by the Licensee of the Game, to warn, notify, inform about Licensees' non-compliance with the licensing conditions, as well as the Game Rules, or other conditions of this Agreement;
- To protect the exclusive rights belonging to the Licensor by any means permitted by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- The Licensee hereby gives his consent to the Licensor for the receipt and processing by the Licensor of data on the Licensee in the following categories:
email address, phone number, identifier in social networks or game services, country of residence (upon registration of the Account);
- Information on the use of the Services, including, but not limited to, information about the time and method of using the Services, the data stream and screen entries that the Licensee clicks on while using the Services (the so-called “visit history”);
- Registration files (logs) and statistics on actions on the Web sites and in the Games;
technical information about the devices and operating systems that the Licensee uses in the process of visiting the Web sites or using the Game, namely information about the means of access control to the storage medium, device identifier, similar device identifiers, IP address and information about the browser used;
- Information that the Licensee places on any resources of the games, and information transmitted using the "game chat" function of the Games.
- At any time, at its discretion, unilaterally change, expand / limit the volume (content) of the Game "THE DAWN: Sniper's Way", change the terms of its licensing, suspend the Game (Version of the Game) without prior notice to the Licensee and without additional amending this Agreement;
- The Licensor has the right to ban (deprive the right to further use the content) of the Licensee without explanation or for using third-party programs aimed at the unfair game "THE DAWN: Sniper's Way".
- At any time, without prior notice to the Licensee, suspend, restrict and / or terminate this License Agreement unilaterally.
The Licensee may not:
-Distribute the Game (its part) or its copies, both by distributing material carriers with it, and by posting it on the Internet for downloading by certain persons or an unlimited circle of persons, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, as well as contribute to the Game (Version of the Game ) any software changes;
-Distribute for commercial / non-commercial purposes the audiovisual displays present in the Game by any possible means;
-Distribute for commercial or non-commercial purposes, transfer the rights to use versions of the Game to third parties, including by transferring a game character or game account;
- Transfer the rights to use the Game and / or its Versions to other third parties, including those who are also Licensees, by concluding a sublicense agreement or in another way;
-Use the Game (its Versions) in other ways not provided for in this Agreement and its annexes.
The licensor is not responsible for:
-For the equipment on which Licensee will use the game "The Dawn".
-For the player’s health, in
including psychological.
-Disclaimer for possible losses
Under no circumstances can the Company be liable to you or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, standard, penal or other damage (including, without limitation, for any lost profits and losses associated with data loss), arising out of or in connection with your Account, Service, Game, user content, Agreement or other services and Materials provided in connection with them, whether on the basis of a guarantee, contract or other legal grounds, regardless of whether the Company was aware of the possibility of such losses, and even if it was not possible to use the remedy provided.
