Use any unauthorized third-party software to intercept, "extract", or otherwise collect information within or through the Software or the Service, including, without forward restrictions, any software that reads memory used by the Software to store a characters, in-game items, or the software environment; however, Joynow may, in its sole discretion, permit the use of specified third-party user interfaces;
i. Modify, permit, or cause to modify any files belonging to the Software in any way without the prior written authorization of Joynow;
j. Host, provide, or develop the Software or the Service Matching Service, or in any way, for any purpose, including without forward restriction, without authorization over the Internet, online play, or as part of a content aggregation network, to intercept, emulate, or redirect the communication protocols used by Joynow;
k. Assist, create, or maintain any unauthorized connection to the Software or the Service, including, without limitation, (1) any connection to any unauthorized server emulating, or attempting to emulate, the Service, or (2) any connection using All cases of programming or tools without the express written consent of Joynow;
l. Create any other software or content that incorporates the Software or Services or any resulting portion thereof; or
