1.4. The user understands, agrees and accepts that all rights to use the Game, including any components of the Game, including but not limited to - game characters, game items and accessories, game means of payment, in-game values, graphics, photos, animations, video, video clips, sound recordings, sound effects, music, text content of the Game and other components of the Game, belong to the Owner of exclusive property rights, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Agreement or in the Game itself.

Additional services - providing the User with additional, special features of the Game for a fee on the terms defined by this Agreement. Additional services are not a necessary condition for the User's participation in the Game and are provided to the User to obtain additional features of the Game beyond the scope of the Services. Additional services are available on request and at the request of the User. The client part of the Game is the software, in some cases necessary for the User to participate in the Game, received from the Rightholder. The client part of the Game is installed by the User independently on a personal computer. 2.3. The Rights Of An Owner

2.3.2. Control the Game and game processes and change them on your own. At any time, suspend or change the course of the gameplay and the terms of the Game without prior notice to the User.

2.3.5. To send to Users both independently and with the involvement of third parties information or technical messages, including those related to the Game (hereinafter – Messages), the User agrees to receive such Messages, agrees that such Messages are not spam.
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, he gives his consent to receive Messages, which are thus considered pre-ordered by the User.
The user has the right to suspend the receipt of such Messages in the manner prescribed by paragraph 2.5.1. Agreements.

2.4.5. The rightholder is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect indication of the User's data when creating a user account on the Rightholder's website.
2.4.6. The rightholder is not responsible for the loss Of game values received as a result of the provision of additional services by the Rightholder.
2.4.7. The rightholder is not responsible for the availability of Internet access for the User, for the quality of Internet service providers with whom the Users have concluded agreements on the provision of Internet access services.
2.4.8. The right holder is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the User or other third parties that occurred as a result of:
the use of or inability to use the Online Steam;
unauthorized access of any third parties to the user's personal information, including the User account, the user's personal account in the Game;
statements or conduct of any third party on Steam.
2.4.9. The right holder does not guarantee that:
The game will meet the requirements of the User;
the game process on the resources of Steam, and the Services and Additional services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
the results that can be obtained using the services of the Game, Services, Additional services will be error-free;
the quality of gameplay, any Service, Additional services, information obtained using the game service provided on the Resource Steam, will meet the expectations of the User.
2.4.10. The rightholder is not obliged to provide the User with any evidence of violation of the terms of the Agreement by the User, as a result of which the User was denied the provision of Services, Additional services or was reduced and/or limited the volume of such services by the User.
2.4.12. In any other circumstances, the liability of the Rightholder is limited to the amount of money paid by the User for Additional services of the Rightholder.
2.5.The rights and obligations of the User
2.5.1. The user has the right, subject to the terms of this Agreement:
to have access to the resources of Steam, including the Game and an Internet Game site;
if necessary, to use the Game to receive (download) the Client part of the Game from the Steam resource or other resources permitted by this Agreement free of charge;
receive additional services for a fee in respect of the Game, under the terms and conditions provided for in this Agreement;
post information, share it with other Users of the Game on the website of the Game through forums and in-game mail;
participate in contests, quizzes, promotions conducted by the Rightholder and related to the Game, in the manner prescribed by the terms of such contests, quizzes, promotions;
contact the Rightholder with requests related to the conclusion and execution of this Agreement.

2.5.2. The user must:

If the User does not comply with such instructions of the Rightholder, the latter has the right to suspend, restrict, terminate the provision of Services and/or Additional services to such User;

confirm to the Rightholder when requesting the accuracy of the User's data, including personal data;
ensure that it has all necessary authority to enter into this Agreement. If the User has not reached the age of majority, he is obliged to obtain the necessary permission in the form required by law from his parents or legal representatives.
Other rights of the Rightholder and obligations of the User are provided in the Rules of the Game, the License Agreement, as well as in section 2.6 "Additional Paid Services" of this Agreement.
2.6. Complementary services.
2.6.1. At the request of the User, the Rightholder provides the User with Additional services that provide the User with the opportunity to use additional, advanced, special features of the Game.
2.6.2. The moment of provision of The additional service by the Rightholder shall be deemed the moment of payment by the User for the purchase of the Additional service using the in-game payment method specified on the steam website. The money paid by the User for the rendered Additional service shall not be returned to the User from the Rightholder.
2.6.3. If the User decides to use Additional services, he is obliged to specify in the information file of the User his surname, name, patronymic, year of birth and other information that will allow the Rightholder, if necessary, to identify a specific individual with this user account in the Game. The user is solely responsible for the correctness, completeness, reliability and correctness of the indication of their personal data.
2.6.4. The list and cost of Additional services are published on the steam website exclusively by the Partner.
The methods and conditions for the purchase of the game means of payment are also published exclusively by the Partner on the Steam website.
2.6.5.The moment of payment for the Additional service is considered to be the transfer of funds to the current account of the Partner. After receipt of funds from the User to the current account of the Partner, the funds are converted into a game means of payment. The purchased game means of payment is credited by the Partner to the personal account of the User, which is opened and placed on the steam website.
2.6.6. The User should contact the Partner regarding the rules and procedure of use of payment systems for payment of the game payment instrument. 2.6.7. 2.6.8. The user is obliged to keep the documents confirming the payment of Additional services for all the time of the User's participation in the Game, and, if requested by the Rightholder of such documents, to provide them to the latter.
2.6.9. The user is obliged to monitor the status of his / her personal account.
2.6.10. Additional Paid Services are provided exclusively by the Rightholder. In case of controversial, unclear situations, or in case of sending the User any offers of any third parties related to the payment of Services or Additional services in the Game, the User is obliged to immediately notify the Rightholder of such fact. 2.6.11. If the Rightholder determines that the User receives Services or Additional services within the Game from other third parties (individuals and/or legal entities) acting without agreement with the Rightholder, the latter has the right to suspend, limit, terminate the provision of Services, Additional services to the User.
2.6.12. The user guarantees to the Rightholder that he/she has the right to use the chosen means to pay for Additional services without violating the legislation of the Russian Federation and / or the legislation of another country of which the User is a citizen. The rightholder is not responsible for any damage to third parties and/or other users Of the Game caused by the user's use of means of payment that do not belong to him.
2.6.13. The right holder reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of Services, Additional services to the User, if there is a suspicion of illegal or fraudulent actions by the User, until the circumstances are clarified, and /or the right Holder will establish that the user's operations to pay for Additional services are fraud (including fraud, carding) – further – Fraud operations.
2.6.14. If the Rightholder has reason to believe that the User commits illegal actions or fraudulent actions related to the payment of Additional services in the Game, the Rightholder has the right to transfer the relevant information to law enforcement agencies for verification of this fact.
2.6.15. The user is obliged to comply with the requirements of the legislation in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and/or the legislation of another country, the citizen of which is the User when paying for the game payment means using Bank cards.
2.6.16. The user agrees, understands and accepts that the Game is not a gambling game, a game for money, a contest, a bet and that the purchase of Additional services is his will and desire and is not a necessary or mandatory condition for participation in the Game and the game process.
2.7. Final provision

The invalidity of one or more provisions of the Agreement, recognized in accordance with the established procedure entered into force by a court decision, does not entail for the Parties the invalidity of the agreement as a whole. In case of recognition of one or more provisions of the Agreement as invalid in the prescribed manner, the Parties undertake to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement as close as possible to the implied Parties at the conclusion and/or agreed change of the Agreement.
2.7.4. The user agrees that the right Holder may and has the right to request, collect and store, subject to the provisions and in cases provided by the legislation in force in the territory of the Republic.
The user agrees that such information as IP address, browser type, access time, as well as other information identifying the User will be automatically transferred to the Rightholder by the User's computer and stored on the Rightholder's server.
2.7.5. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms that he is capable and competent and has the right to enter into this Agreement. The user warrants that the equipment used by him is sufficient and serviceable to use the Game.
2.7.6.With respect to the form of conclusion of this Agreement, the rules of the legislation of the country of the Owner of exclusive property rights – the Russian Federation, namely the rules governing the procedure and conditions for concluding a public agreement and an accession agreement, shall apply. The user may not violate the local laws of the country of which he / she is a resident. The user is solely responsible for non-compliance with such rules.
2.7.7. The agreement in matters and conditions not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the country of the Owner of the exclusive property rights.
2.7.8. All disputes of the parties under this Agreement shall be resolved by correspondence and negotiations with the used pre-trial (claim) order, and in case of impossibility to reach agreement between the parties through negotiations - the dispute may be referred by any interested party to the court of General jurisdiction at the location of the Rightholder.
Appendix "Rules of the Game" to the User Agreement between the Owner and the User

The User who provided the password is responsible for compliance with the terms of the Agreement and its annexes.
2. The maximum number of Users who can play from one computer is 1 (one).
3. Resource transfer:
Each account should only be used for its own success and not for use by another User.
Resource sharing between players who share a computer between the substitute and the person substituted is prohibited.
4. 6. Restrictions for Users of the Game:
1. The user is obliged to comply with all the rules and restrictions established by these Rules, the License Agreement, the User Agreement.
2. The user is obliged to respect the right of other Users to participate in the Game and can not create situations in which the rights of other Users in the Game can be violated and/or limited by their actions.
3. The user is prohibited from intentionally performing any actions that make it difficult or impossible for other Users to access the Game, as well as intentionally performing any actions that make it difficult or impossible for the Administration to perform its duties, creating in the game for other Users intentional interference not provided for by the existing gameplay.

purchase of Services for non-game values, including cash;

5. The user is prohibited from creating and using bots in the Game (game characters that are controlled by the program), other programs, any technical and/or other means to emulate user actions in the Game.
6. Users are prohibited from using any in-game bugs and errors of any related software in the Game. Users that found such Game errors should reported to the possessor of rights or to the Partner.
7. The user is also forbidden to publish or distribute on the Internet sites of the Rightholder messages, including information , including, but not limited to means of communication, messages that:
violate the intellectual property rights of third parties;
contain "chain letters" or pyramid schemes;

contain personal data of other Users and/or third parties;
are advertising, including the reproduction in the Game of any links to the Internet, without prior consent of the copyright Holder.

2.5.The rights and obligations of the User

2.6. Complementary services.

2.7.6.With respect to the form of conclusion of this Agreement, the rules of the legislation of the country of the Owner of exclusive property rights – the Russian Federation, namely the rules governing the procedure and conditions for concluding a public agreement and an accession agreement, shall apply. The user is prohibited from intentionally performing any actions that make it difficult or impossible for other Users to access the Game, as well as intentionally performing any actions that make it difficult or impossible for the Administration to perform its duties, creating in the game for other Users intentional interference not provided for by the existing gameplay.
The user may not under any circumstances: break/attempt to break the software components and/or intercept the data coming to the server or from the server, create or use fraudulent methods, hacks and software products of third parties that can change the results of the Game, use the software that provides "data mining" of other Users or otherwise prevents the collection of information related to the Game. Other actions with similar effect, also PROHIBITED. 4. The user is prohibited from carrying out the following actions with any in-game object, value, Service, game means of payment without the special personal permission of the Rightholder:

purchase of Services for non-game values, including cash;

5. The user is prohibited from creating and using bots in the Game (game characters that are controlled by the program), other programs, any technical and/or other means to emulate user actions in the Game.
6. Users are prohibited from using any in-game bugs and errors of any related software in the Game. Users that found such Game errors should reported to the possessor of rights or to the Partner.
7. The user is also forbidden to publish or distribute on the Internet sites of the Rightholder messages, including information , including, but not limited to means of communication, messages that:
violate the intellectual property rights of third parties;
contain "chain letters" or pyramid schemes;
can be taken as messages from the copyright Holder;
contain personal data of other Users and/or third parties;
are advertising, including the reproduction in the Game of any links to the Internet, without prior consent of the copyright Holder.
Users are prohibited from spreading rumors, slander about the Rightholder, other Users, the Game in General, information that discredits the business reputation of the Rightholder.
Users are not allowed to carry out spam (newsletters and announcements not related to gameplay), flood (multiple repetition, reproduction, copying, etc. information) in any kind of chat Games.

8. The user is forbidden to publish or upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, cancelbot, corrupted files or data, or any other similar software that may damage or disrupt other computers.
9. Users are prohibited from creating character names, player associations and other distinctions that indicate belonging to the Rightholder or its partners.
10. The user may not violate the local laws of the country of which he / she is a resident. The user is solely responsible for non-compliance with such rules.
4. Final provision:
1. The possessor of rights shall solely decide what is considered a violation of these Game Rules.
2. In case of violation of the Rules of the Game by the User, the Rightholder has the right to apply the following penalties:
to limit the User's use of in-game mail ;

THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME IMPLIES UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE USER AGREEMENT IS THE CONFIRMATION OF GUARANTEES FROM THE USER IN RESPECT OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
