Legal Agreement
This legal agreement is made between Heart Fragment Studio and you, the user. By installing, using this software, you acknowledge and agree to this license.
License
Heart Fragment Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use this software with restrictions stated in this license after purchasing the software from Heart Fragment Studio or publishers that Heart Fragment Studio that granted the right to sell this software.
You can only use this software for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
This license is not transferable nor assignable from the licensee to any other person or legal entity.
Heart Fragment Studio may change all or part of the agreement at any time and can be without any notice. The up-to-date version of this agreement is posted on the official Heart Fragment Studio website.
Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
- Edit, adapt, decrypt, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or de-compile whole or any part of the software in any manner or attempt.
- Copy, duplicate, resell or use the software for any commercial purpose unless permission is granted by Heart Fragment Studio.
- Allow any third party to use copy, duplicate, resell, use, edit, adapt, decrypt, disassemble, reverse-engineer, de-compile, or exploit the software unless permission is granted by Heart Fragment Studio.
- Use the software in any way that breaches any law that is in your location.
Ownership and Copyrights
Heart Fragment Studio has the ownership to the software, title, names, assets and others (including but limited to computer code, objects, models, artworks, characters, concepts, ideas, audios, sounds, music, text, methods) unless otherwise stated or, a person or legal entity has the ownership to the assets.
Experiment
Heart Fragment Studio has the right to change or update the software in order to perform experiments to improve software experience, or for our own entertainment.
Termination
This agreement is effective from the first second you download or obtain the software until terminated by you or Heart Fragment Studio.
This agreement will terminate immediately without any notice by Heart Fragment Studio if you fail to comply with any part of this agreement.
Upon termination, you must complete the following actions for all of your devices:
- Not use the software
- Delete the software
- Delete any whole or partial copies of the software
Disputation
If any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, it shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
