These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) is an agreement between you and BRAVEWOLF INC. They govern your access and use of the websites, games and other software products and services that we operate and that link to these Terms (collectively, our “Services”). You may not use our services unless you agree to these terms.
We may change the Terms or modify, suspend, or terminate any features of the Services at any time at our sole discretion consistent with applicable law. We will notify you (including by posting the updated Terms on the Services) of changes to these Terms. By continuing to use the Services, you accept such changes to the Terms, which will take effect at the time they are posted or as otherwise required by applicable law.
YOU CONSENT TO ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS ELECTRONICALLY, AND TO the STORAGE OF RECORDS RELATED TO THESE TERMS IN ELECTRONIC FORM.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
USE OF THE SERVICES
Limited License. Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use only. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you have no right to sell or otherwise transfer any of the paid virtual items, virtual currency, points, or any other content or information from the Services, in whole or in part, on any third-party sites or services or in return for anything of value (whether real money or otherwise). You have no rights in or to the Services unless expressly granted to you under these Terms. Your license is automatically rescinded and terminated if you breach any provision of the Terms.
Additional Terms. Some of the Services may have additional terms, conditions, rules, or guidelines on permissible use (“Additional Terms”). We will make these Additional Terms available to you through the applicable service or the website, in which case your acceptance of such Additional Terms is required before you may use the applicable service. If any of the covenants of this agreement conflict with any terms and conditions of Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall supersede this agreement with respect to the subject matter addressed in the Additional Terms.
Eligibility. You represent that you are not a person barred from receiving the Services under applicable law. You may not use our services if you are under the age of 13 or 16 where applicable. Use the Services will only be allowed with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian that has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. Children (as defined under applicable law) may not register for an account and may not provide any personal information to BraveWolf or others through the Services
Creating an account. Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You may not access to some features if you’re not signed in to your account. When creating an account, you must provide a valid email address, and all the required information. You will keep your Account ID/Username private and will not share your account with other people.Only you are authorized to use your account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security regarding the Service.
You are not allowed to transfer your account to another player and or sell, gift, or trade any account. Doing so could lead to the termination of the account in question.
Updates. BraveWolf may provide updates and will be generally available to all the player. You agree to receive these updates remotely and automatically.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT
The Services are protected under the copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United States, European Union, and other countries. BraveWolf and the names/logos of our products are our trademarks and service marks. You have no right or license to use these trademarks unless written permission has been granted, or you’re using the information provided through our press assets.
VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND DIGITAL ASSETS
You may have the opportunity to purchase virtual currency through our in-game stores or web-store. VIRTUAL CONTENTS, INCLUDING VIRTUAL CONTENTS EXCHANGED FOR GAME CREDITS OR IN-GAME CURRENCY, ARE REGARDED AS GOODS OR SERVICES, AND ARE NOT PREPAID PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS. Virtual currency has no “real-world” value but may be exchanged for in-game items. Items from such stores are not purchased by you, but rather are licensed to you under these Terms. REGARDLESS OF THE CONSIDERATION OFFERED OR PAID IN EXCHANGE FOR VIRTUAL CURRENCY, YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OWNERSHIP RIGHTS IN THE ITEMS OBTAINED WITH VIRTUAL CURRENCY.
REFUNDS
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BRAVEWOLF WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR ITEMS BOUGHT THROUGH OUR IN-GAME OR WEB STORE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TO YOUR ACCOUNT BEING BANNED, THESE TERMS, OR THE SERVICES, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. If your account is permanently banned, all content licenses and virtual currency balances associated with the suspended account are forfeited.

You will not use our games or any product provided by BraveWolf in a way that affects the game play or gives you an advantage over other players. This includes but it is not limited to:
WE MAY WITHHOLD, SUSPEND, MODIFY, OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES FOR ANY OR NO REASON AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BRAVEWOLF AND ITS DEVELOPERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, FITNESS, PERFORMANCE, OR INTEROPERABILITY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ANY CONTENT CONTAINED WITHIN THE SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Rules and Guidelines:
You will not use our games or any product provided by BraveWolf in a way that affects the game play or gives you an advantage over other players. This includes but it is not limited to:
- Using any hacks, bots, or third-party software (cheat engine) that may modify, temporarily or permanently, playability or any feature either from the client (the game stored in your computer) or our servers.
- Impersonating other players or a DarkStory staff member.
- Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our network or infrastructure.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of an event or any sort of in-game reward.
- Engaging in conduct that is harmful to other players, such as bullying or harassment.
- Advertising other games within any of our communication channels.
- Taking advantage or exploiting a design flaw, undocumented problem, or program bug.
- Publishing, or sharing in any way, the personal information of other users, or any material, non-public information about companies without the authorization to do so.
WE MAY WITHHOLD, SUSPEND, MODIFY, OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES FOR ANY OR NO REASON AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BRAVEWOLF AND ITS DEVELOPERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, FITNESS, PERFORMANCE, OR INTEROPERABILITY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ANY CONTENT CONTAINED WITHIN THE SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
