Radioactive is defined as the software program Radioactive in any state plus all data files required to ensure its operation plus any documentation distributed by Cornutopia Software with the program.

No component of Radioactive may be separated from any other component.
You may not modify, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, decompile or or in any way reverse engineer any version of Radioactive without written consent from Cornutopia Software.
Radioactive is supplied "as is". The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, compatibility now or in the future with any configuration of computing equipment or software, or of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from using any version of Radioactive.
